The jacket did not fit. What to return it. Write an e-mail and they answer straight away and in Danish as well. They what to see pictures of the jacket before we can return it. I reply the e-mail whit the pictures and since then there have been silende. The dont answer bag and so fare we havent been ably to return the jacket.
What happened to my order? They haven't replied to my emails, they don't answer the phone. Since they haven't delivered my order, I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Agency, among others. I also demand a full refund of the purchase price I paid, including interest and increased legal costs. I understood that this is a reliable operator, but this is definitely not the case.
It's an Estonian drop shipper pretending to be a Finnish shop. Order came from China and the quality is just straight to garbage. Won't even bother trying to get a refund on this.
