Quality Razor but Sneaky Auto-Refill Setup

The razor itself actually works very well, and I have no complaints about the product quality. It does what it’s supposed to do, which is why this experience is even more disappointing.

My issue is with the company’s business practices. They seem to automatically enroll you into a subscription refill program without making it clearly known, and there is no simple or visible way to cancel it online. I spent time trying to figure out how to stop future refills and could not find any clear unsubscribe option.

The only apparent way to cancel was by emailing customer service, which feels extremely sneaky and very unprofessional. Customers should never have to dig around or send emails just to stop an unwanted subscription.

I would strongly encourage future buyers to double-check for any auto-refill or subscription terms before purchasing, as it was not made clear and was frustrating to deal with.

Great product, but the hidden subscription setup and difficult cancellation process really leave a bad impression.

It actually works

It actually works. I was pretty skeptical but I wanted to try something different and I’m so glad I did. I am never going back to regular woman’s razors. The shipping process can take a while but it was well worth the wait.

I love this razor/ shaver

I love this razor/ shaver. This shaver is a game changer . It works dry or in the shower.
I have already recommended it to my friends. A couple have already purchased one as well. This is my new go to for life! One of my favorite things is that it tells what percentage your battery is at. So there is no guessing if you’ll make it through life shave or not. Love this png

Update on my experience

Update on my experience! Took a month to get to me with no tracking whatsoever so I thought I got scammed especially since they barely answered their emails. Not worth the money even though I go it on sale, loses its charge pretty quickly and is very loud.

Never even got my package

Never even got my package. It showed as delivered and their customer service is absolutely a joke. They sent me a picture of it delivered on the 20th. But where is it?? And they won’t refund me.

Must have lady shaver

This product is the best female shaver ever. I safely shaved my intimate areas no nicks cuts or shaffing, very pleased with it. Well worth it good quallity. Happy customer. Quick delivery good product.

Very disappointed with Livora

Very disappointed with Livora. My razor took two weeks to arrive, and I later discovered I had been automatically signed up for a refill subscription without clearly realising it. I only wanted to buy a razor, not subscribe.

I was unexpectedly charged £28, and although it mentions an eight-week refill, I was charged again within six weeks of purchase. I’ve emailed customer service and received no response.

Trash razor and unhelpful customer…

Trash razor and unhelpful customer service. Somehow signed up for a subscription without knowing it and didn’t find out till I was charged £28. Contacted them immediately and was told it’s non refundable.

This product is highly disappointing…

This product is highly disappointing and nowhere near the quality the company claims. Its performance is poor, and the advertised results are simply not true. On top of that, they sneak in an automatic subscription without proper disclosure, which is completely unacceptable. If you don’t catch it in time, they refuse to refund your money. This practice feels deceptive and careless toward customers. I strongly advise others to stay away.

Terrible Customer Service

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and left on an insecure front doorstep which is absolutely not the fault of the company. However when I reached out to them to resolve they refused to contact the delivery company and insisted that I did. This is not policy as they are the ones with the contract with the delivery company. I contacted the delivery company (no surprise it was Yodel who lose more parcels than they deliver), I obtained proof of delivery which was a picture on a doorstep which was not mine. Livora then requested me to send not only this picture but a picture of my doorstep to evidence they were different. I did all of this and have now had no response for a week. They have not sent a replacement or issued a refund. Thankfully I paid using PayPal who have investigated and issued me a refund but the customer service from Livora has been awful.
