Last week we purchased a dark grey electric blanket from Livivo. Unfortunately it does not warm up properly. There are 9 settings, 1-7 and a high and low, but all settings are the same temperature. There must be something wrong with the controls or blanket.
Very disappointed.

I was missing a few items from my order and Livivo did EVERYTHING they could to replace these.

Fantastic sturdy product, perfect for what we need it for.

I purchased a heated blanket last winter, it recently stopped working. I contacted Livivo and explained the situation to them, they kindly sent me a replacement which arrived three days later.
I am very pleased, great service !

Bought an electric throws in 2021,used for approximately 8 months over two winters,came to use it this year and it doesn't work Very poor for the cost (approx £60)Livivo not interested as the warranty has expired. Not good customer service.

I brought a cat tower from you for my boy as a little treat for his recovery from a dog attack an he loves it but unfortunately it broke within a week but I emailed them right away an within an hour I had an email saying sorry and they will send a replacement unit out. What more can anyone ask from a company thankyou for a quick reply. And am sure my boy will still love it when it's back together. Thankyou

Love my electric blankets from Livivo. I have bought 5 so far in a variety of colours for various family members . They are do cosy. Customer service has always been excellent. I have only ever had two problems, one with a control unit & one with a blanket itself stopping working after almost a year. On both occasions, Customer service were quick to respond & very helpful sending out replacements without any difficulty at all . I would definitely recommend this product & company

Never by a livio air fryer piece of crap went wrong after one use I'm going to put on Facebook every day what a crap brand broke after one use and one week you are nothing but corporate thieves selling such a piece of rubbish and I'll tell you what you get karma 10 fold back just wait and see 💩💩💩

My electric blanket controllers have stopped working and you can only contact the company using a contact form which I did. They responded asking for order number and purchase date to which I replied I don’t keep receipts, can’t remember the date and am not claiming under warranty. Their response was exactly the same as before “please advise order number and purchase date” with no number to ring I can’t see me getting anywhere, have to look at other companies with better customer service.

Purchased deluxe rattan cube cover only had it 15 months . It supposed to be waterproof and resistant to frosts .
It falling to piece’s, ripped in several areas and not water proof as suggested. A poor quality item mis sold

Good quality blanket. Controls simple to use. On those really cold days it's the cheapest way to keep warm. Good idea for pensioners on low incomes who don't qualify for pension credit but who no longer receive their winter fuel allowance.
