Firstly I have to say I am very happy buying from this company. All items ordered have been delivered quickly as promised and good quality.

This review is about the "I love Robin feeder" that I bought. The quality is very good, unfortunately for me it has been a waste of money.

I have tried everything to get any birds let alone a Robin to use this feeder. I have repositioning it a number of times and removed all of my other feeders.

Maybe I have just been unlucky, but I cant see that I am the only person to buy this feeder and have this problem.

Purchased a Squirrel buster plus from this company about eight years ago and yes, the “ guaranteed squirrel proof “ is correct. Excellently designed product and money very well spent. To be able to watch at close range wild birds feeding unhindered is such a joy.
Through my own fault I needed a replacement wing nut for the bottom of the feeder. Emailed customer services and received a prompt reply informing me that one would be sent out to me immediately free of charge. Thank you so much - an extremely professional and efficient company.

I have bought from this company for over 12 years on a regular basis. Over that period I have become infuriated with the numerous issues that I have faced with their website and it is an absolute wonder that I have stayed with them for so long. Yesterday was the final straw when they sent me an invoice for a payment of £31 for an item which apparently I had purchased nine months ago and had got caught up in yet another of their website outages. I have an email from them which confirmed back in April of this year that the item was actually paid as it was charged to my debit card. They have now lost me as a client who has spent over £10,000 with them for the sake of a £31 payment that they screwed up in the first place. I think this speaks volumes about the kind of people they are and why they should be avoided. There are many other good and reputable companies providing a much better service and I would respectfully suggest that you should investigate those before even considering this company who are a very poor excuse for customer service.

Birds do not entertain this feeder and food within it ,for some reason they feed from every other feeder on feeding station but not this product.

Love my Flutter Butter starter pack.....the fat/seeds are thick and smell fresh....not dry and crumbling. So easy to add to the holder, no mess.....and the birds 'found it' on the same day.....just ordered another set.

I have been a customer for years now. Their customer service is always really good. I do think the older style feeders were better designed and made though. Bring the quality back please

Total con with the postage, it’s not free and it’s not a glitch in the system, you get to the end and there’s postage to pay , if they advertised there was postage to pay I would have bought the product, matter of principle , really bad business practice.

I usually do not order from Facebook, but reviews were good, however I registered for the starter pack at £12.99, with FREE POSTAGE, carried on to pay BUT as soon as I selected PayPal it informed me to choose a different way to pay but I continued and the postage was then shown as £5.95, hence why I didn’t bother, should have remembered why I didn’t trust buying from Facebook!!

Ordered 3 jacobi Jayne seed cakes from Blossom and bird 1 arrived sent a email and told they sent 3 the 1 that arrived was in the biggest box you can imagine how can I prove what arrived bunch of robbers don't trust any of them as £13-96 for one all the same firm different sections

As usual fast delivery, and the Husk Free seeds never fail to bring all the birds back to my garden. A+++

Responsive and helpful customer service - when one of ordered items was not delivered by the courier company - they responded and resolved it in a few minutes by delivering replacement on the next day.

The Flo Niger seed Feeder is lovely, to watch goldfinches feed opposite each other is delightful.
The Droll Yankee seed scoop is great for filling up the other feeders

The bird seed we have is good quality and the bird feeders are excellent. Been using this company for a long time and stuff has lasted ages.

RP3-P2G on 2nd ~June after only the 2nd refill the screw base split into 3 pieces, They were advised by email and given photographic evidence of the problem and this a.m. I am iinformed by "Lawrence" in a reply that replacement parts can be ordered. The goods sold were clearly not fit for purpose.I would at least have expected the broken part to be replaced FOC. It may be that trading standards is the next step if the matter is not resolved.

Have used these guys for years, never any problems. Feeders are high quality, nicely made and easy to clean. And the birds seem to like the food!

I have had a Squirrel Buster feeder for many years and the ring around the bottom had finally become twisted and bent over time. My poor husband has taped and wired it and somehow managed to keep it going for about a year. I then read that the feeders are guaranteed for life and was directed to Living with Birds. I couldn’t believe that I ordered a cardinal ring FREE plus postage five days ago and received an immediate email to confirm the order. Then a very nice email from the head of the company the following day. The package arrived in the post today! How refreshing to deal with a company that seem to actually care about their customers and of course the birds in my garden who are the ultimate recipients. Tweet tweet!! I highly recommend this very efficient company.

I love this website! The best quality bird food, the feeders are high quality and easily customised with specialised accessories. Absolutely fantastic personal customer service, and always get a lovely biscuit & voucher with my orders! The staff are super friendly, and always happy to help, any help or replacement parts for products are always sorted easily.
Great company, loyal customer for life.
