James made the whole process of ordering the tables very easy. They were exactly what we wanted, small side tables that were good quality and relatively light weight, so they could be moved around easily. They were for holding drinks and snacks when watching films/TV with friends.
All the other tables we viewed online were bulky and heavy and much more expensive. LivingStyles was the only place we found for the tables we wanted.

I've never known a more unethical business. This business will sell you something in terrible condition, not honour the consumer warranty guaranteed by law and then threaten you with going to the police or legal action if you try to suggest a credit card chargeback. Shipping they'll cut costs and post via Australia Post and good luck getting bulky items in your car. Beware of the Customer Services Manager - corrupt and abusive behaviour towards customer complaints. Suspecting this business will be driven out by more ethical companies like Temple & Webster. Will be reporting to the ACCC. Save your money and your sanity, shop elsewhere. Hot tip: try to lookup reviews on Facebook. They don't exist - the company censors them out.

One of the best online furniture stores in terms of range, price and quality. It also has a user friendly sale process with good communications. What sets it apart and makes it my best store is its customer service which was put to the test a few times and excelled every time. They, James in particular, don't just talk about customer service but simply deliver it reliably, which is something truly important in online sales.

Pre sale
All my questions were answered promptly and even though assembly was not offered in my area Andy from Services arranged for that to happen at the time of delivery.
Delivery
Arrived earlier than expected with only 30 minutes notice. Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding about assembling my table - assembly did not happen at delivery and I was unable to get in contact with anyone to understand why? However my feedback and concern was received and people came to assemble my table the next day.
The Table
Is a perfect colour, style and fit for my space. I am delighted with it.
Issues
The only issue is it was missing a 3 screws from the extended section - a manufacturer issue not LivingStyle that I think I can manage.
The company remained helpful even during the assembly misunderstanding and promptly solved the problem.

Reasonable cost. Good quality wood and well made. At first the delivery process worried me, coming from Sydney to Brisbane with a removalist truck and no tracking but the crew were very communicative and flexible with delivery windows and arrived wothin the window. Its a real joy to walk into my room where the bookshelves are and you can smell the new wood unlike the paoerboard so much furniture is made out of these days. Very happy experience will definetely use Living Styles for any future furniture items.

I have made several large purchases from LivingStyles to furnish a new home, and cannot fault the products, delivery or after-sales service and support. I had buyers regret on my colour selection of a beautiful parquetry dining table, which was completely my error. After trying to live with it for a week, I decided I couldn't...and impulsively bought the alternative colour. Almost as an afterthought, and with no expectation of help, I reached out to the team to see whether I might have any options. It was here that I encountered the wonderful James who assisted me to return the unwanted piece, including coordination of the pickup of the original table and dropoff of the new one. This was above and beyond, given that they were under no obligation to accept such a large bulky item back into their inventory. This kind of after-sales service and ability to listen to consumers and find solutions, is often sought, but rarely found once items have been purchased and delivered. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again, and in fact just purchased the matching dining chairs! Thanks James and LivingStyles!

There was an issue with the carrier losing the original order (Rural NSW), was rectified very promptly with a replacement sent very quickly with no fuss.
I'd highly recommend LivingStyles and hope to purchase from them again.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY! The good reviews are clearly fake. There are so many negative reviews on here with same story - customer service (won't mention name as it will be removed) harasses non stop and attempts to personally attack straight off the bat with irrelevant, nonsensical, threatening emails. He told me details of his life and how it's better than mine, which I didn't ask for and used "ha ha" quite a bit. I have the emails all as proof and will be contacting ACCC/NSW FAIR TRADING. It's mortifying reading these emails back. There is clearly something very wrong with this employee/very unstable - reviews are plentiful and saying same thing so it's not an isolated incident. I am now also receiving calls from a private number since arguing with this person, where he says what he said in the emails and hangs up and I will need to involve police if the calls continue from this manager.
I received a damaged assembled solid timber very large bedside table (weighing at least 50 kilos) and dimensions on website were inaccurate as well (table is much, much larger and heavier) which took three men to bring the box up from the lobby to my apartment. When opened, it was heavily damaged and broken so drawer doesn't work. Livingstyles sent a broken item to me.
I contacted customer service number and of course, their number leads no where and emails only. The customer service representative/call centre "manager" refused to organise a courier to collect the table even though the item they sold me is heavily damaged/broken/not fit for purpose. They were rude straight away and only offered a return label (which they never sent). I advised them that it is impossible for me to take that weight to the post office nor should I have to. They argued non stop that the package was only 18kilos but this is dishonest and untrue. Does it take three full grown men to lift 18kilos? I doubt it.
PayPal stepped in and unfortunately have asked me to send the item back to the seller as the decision was made automatically by the system (I've placed a request to have this looked into). In the meantime, I asked Livingstyles for the return label as I would like the bulky piece of broken furniture out of my home and customer service said no and "I didn't get my way so no, you don't get a return label anymore". The emails that ensued were about ten back and forth where the customer service representative tells me about his gf, salary, home, position and how he is "better than me" - it's actually baffling and quite alarming. He is clearly very insecure and unwell.
I have never encountered something like this before. Shocking broken product, won't help in returning/refunding - flat out refusing, and customer service/harassment from an unstable person. I will have to spend money to hire someone to take to post office, take day off to go into post office with them and pay for excessive weight on a product even though the item is faulty/broken. Thankful I paid with PayPal which means the second the item is delivered, I will receive a refund from PayPal automatically as I doubt livingstyles would make that easy.
It's also interesting that many many reviews mention Livingstyles offering them a courier to pick up damaged items. This was not offered to me and flat out refused, in fact. Interesting.
STAY AWAY FROM LIVINGSTYLES. All negative reviews say same thing. Good reviews are 100% fake. They should be shut down. I have attached proof of purchase and some emails as proof!
Ordered and payed for medium sized “Hartford” vase! Told item not in stock! How on earth was I able to order if not in stock? You really need to address your inventory issue! Monies refunded within two days! First and last order!

Hassle free purchasing process, support staff very helpful with information about product, and regarding pickup process from their warehouse. Product was removed from carton for inspection before loaded to truck, which removed any doubts regarding product quality. Highly recommend
