I ordered a pair of gorgous lamps
I ordered a pair of gorgous lamps, price was excellent and was very exited to receive them. Opened first one and it was perfect, just as per website, set it up and eagerly went to open the second. Unfortunatley this one was broken, after emailing their customer service with photos they were very quick to offer full refund or replacement. Of course I wanted a replacement that only took two days to arrive. Excellent customer service and I will be a return customer for sure!!!

Lovely comfy cushions
Cushions are lovely, plump and beautiful velvet fabric with a zipper, so easily removed for washing. Prompt communication and postage. I have ordered a clock previously from LivingStyles and been very happy with the product and their service.

Amazing Customer Service
I ordered three lamps (glass globe) last month and one, unfortunately, was broken during transport. I lodged a claim and the claim was handled perfectly well by LS Customer Service Manager (James) and a free replacement was sent free of charge straight away. In addition, I could deal directly with James for subsequent orders for each he offered much appreciated flexibility. It is great for an online retailer to retain such great human interaction and provide this high level Customer Service. Definitely, LS is going the extra-mile compared to other competitors!
