Ordered a supposedly in stock (4 showing then, still showing 4 seven days later) product a week ago, believing their shipment within 4 days for stock items. Despite 2 calls - both went to answering machine - absolutely no response or shipment information (not really surprising since my two seem to be still in stock). The money had, of course, gone from my account within seconds of the order being placed.
I ordered a small selection of replacements for my Tresors De La Mer range and all items were in stock, promptly sent and packed to the Nth degree. Can't fault the service in terms of speed.

Found this great site called Livingbox and had some great brands on there like Villeroy and Boch, Thomas and others. They also had Versace and had their dinner plates I brought a few and they were with really fast and it wasn’t expensive.
