Late Checkout via Living History - Niet doen!

We hebben bij het bedrijf een Late Checkout geboekt, om langer te kunnen verblijven bij Villa Mercure, te Antwerpen. Zowel vooraf als achteraf de door de locatie op het laatste moment geannuleerde boeking is dit bedrijf niet bereikbaar. De geboekte locatie trouwens ook niet.

We voelen ons erg bedonderd!

We hebben met 8 personen €75,- betaald en zijn bang dat we naar dit geld kunnen fluiten.

Nooit verwacht dat zoiets zou kunnen gebeuren via Booking.com. Maar let dus op als je eenmaal iets geboekt hebt, want zelfs dan kun je in de berichten met de locatie nog worden genaaid door de locatie zelf.

Booking heeft Villa Mercure nu op Non Actief gesteld.
Nu Living History nog...
