Buyer beware!

UPDATE: Ein paar Tage nach der Bewertung wurde ich von Felix, dem Customer Relations Manager von Livinda kontaktiert. Nach einigen sehr konstruktiven Gesprächen, in welchem wir unsere Anliegen darlegen konnten, bot uns Felix verschiedene Möglichkeiten an. Zunächst eine reduzierte Rücksendegebühr von 150€, dann ein passendes Kissen Set, für das zuvor gekaufte Sofa oder einen Gutschein für den Kauf weiterer Produkte. Da wir dafür keinen Bedarf hatten und lediglich den Pouffe zurücksenden wollten und bereits bei der Lieferung des Sofas ein Fuß abgebrochen war, einigten wir uns schließlich auf eine kostenlose Abholung des Pouffes durch Livinda. Danke Felix für die lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise!

Extremely disappointed!

Livinda advertises their products with a risk free 30 day return. However, when the product (one module) arrived and it did not even sit well/flush with the other existing modules that I already purchased with them. There is a big gap when the modules are correctly connected and this was explained (with pictures) to the customer service.

On the day of delivery itself I sent them pictures and an explanation that the module did not fit and there is in fact a gap. I was asked to send more photos.
The reply I received was simply: you may return it if it does not fit and the return cost would be 200-300€. The next day, I received another message from customer service informing me that the return cost would be 250€-350€. It seems that they change their mind on return costs for a single module just to deter customers from enforcing their rights.

Firstly, it is false advertising to state that your customer are “risk free” in such a case.
Secondly, the single module cost ~400€, it is pure extortion to charge customers more than half the price for a return.
Thirdly, I was offered the option of dropping it off for free at their factory, which is 8 hours away! I subsequently asked if I could at least send it back to their showroom in Munich, to which of course I received a negative reply from their customer service!

In essence, I am being FORCED to keep this purchase since it clearly makes no sense to have to pay Livinda money to return an item which does not even fit with the rest of their own modules of the same model!!

UPDATED - LIVINDA ASSISTED WITH FRAUD DELIVERY SERVICE

We had a big issue with Livinda and did not receive a big part of our order. Although the beginning was really bad, Livinda stepped up and made an effort to change their service strategy and solve the issue. This is an update as they apologized, solved the problem, and gave complementary pillows as an apology.

BELOW IS THE ORIGINAL ISSUE

We purchased a large couch almost 6k euro. We were extremely excited to receive our couch, and loved all of the service to date.

When the couch arrived, we were missing the corner condition sofa. We told the delivery team that we were missing a really important piece to the couch, and they said - no problem, we will make a note in our records. Please contact Livinda and sign here.

We then contacted Livinda and they accused us of signing the delivery form and there is nothing they can do for us.

Now we are working with our lawyers through litigation with Livinda for their unsatisfactory service. It has been three weeks but we have no resolution!

We love their couch, but their service is really awful. Please be weary about this company. They are not being responsible for their actions.

We hope you do not experience what we are experiencing! Also there is no one to call and talk to about this from Livinda!

Wrong couch delivered

We ordered the couch, after 2 months we received the wrong model, and they offered us a refund or wait again for the new model to come and they take the couch!

Over 9 week. No sofa, bad experience with livinda!!! DONT TAKE THE RISK. Feels like scam!!

It's been over 9 weeks since we ordered our sofa through livinda.de. They say 5-6 weeks, but we have been waiting for over 9 weeks.
It's been a terrible process…….!!
First a "LATE" delivery to the shipping company... and then: another LATE delivery FROM the shipping company having "received" my sofa. They've been dishonest and not kept what they promised. They offer me cushions as a replacement. What should I use it for?
Its a joke!
Even after 9 weeks, they can't get in touch with DHL now, and can't tell me anything specific about my delivery... so all in all a very BAD experience with this company. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. I've just cancelled my order and I hope to receive the money quickly, as we've been without a sofa for over 3 weeks. We're going to spend Christmas without a sofa.. We're going to spend New Year without a sofa. It's so terrible. I hope no one else has to go through the same thing as us. We've been very unlucky and very patient. They don't always respond right away. and suddenly an excuse that one of their colleagues was sick. POOR EXCUSE. I wish I had never taken the risk and ordered from here. I can also see that more and more bad reviews are starting to come in. Very unprofessional company.

Now I'm most worried about whether we'll get our money??? because everything up until now has felt like being scammed.
