I found livewell via a google search. It was for a massage therapist for my elderly mum with a complex aetiology.

Jonny the message therapist was really good with mum and made her relaxed. He’s got a very calm and relaxed demeanour.More importantly my mum liked him.

Rishika is an excellent physiotherapist - in fact the best physio I have had since I moved to Derby. She was able to assist with the multi disk issue with my back and treat me for an injury to my arm, which was swollen. Rishika also has a good knowledge of EDS and was also able to assist me in that regard.

Lisa was excellent and so friendly and knew exactly what my wife needed with her sciatica I would recommend Lisa as the service was excellent cant thank her enough and will definitely be having her services again.

I was very impressed from the outset of my treatment experience. The booking system worked well and the facilities were are first rate. My therapist, Steve, was welcoming, knowledgable and very empathetic during the discussion of my requirements. He clearly explained the types of techniques he was using during the treatment itself, which was really helpful in understanding what he was actually doing and I felt a noticeable improvement in my symptoms by the end of the massage.
Following the session we discussed what I should do over the next few days to maximise the benefits of the treatment, which was really beneficial.
I will definitely be going back!

Alexandra was very professional, really put me at ease and her knowledge and experience were evident.
She managed to find aches I didn't know I had...which is impressive given how bad my back is most of the time.
I felt the benefits right away and can move more easily today but I will be booking again.
I know I'm not going to be fully recovered right away, but I actually have hope for the first time that I might be able to eventually be able to work through my longstanding back pain and see some improvements.

Mike came to my workplace as part of a Well-being Week we were celebrating. He gave me a 30-minute appointment where he gave me loads of useful advice on top of a great massage accompanied by a fantastic playlist! If your business is looking to do something similar, I would highly recommend.

I’ve seen Mike twice now for back, hip and hamstring issues, and both times he’s been brilliant. He really knows what he’s doing — he quickly figured out what was causing the pain and gave me proper hands-on treatment that actually made a difference straight away.

He explains everything clearly, is easy to talk to, and gives practical advice to help keep things improving between sessions. I felt genuinely looked after rather than rushed through an appointment.

If you’re dealing with pain, stiffness or any sports-related niggles, I’d absolutely recommend Mike. He’s really helped me get moving properly again.

Had my first appointment with Nora and it went really well. She asked a lot of questions relating to my injury and listened very well. She came up with a plan and started the treatment. I have full faith in her abilities and can't wait to start seeing positive results

Had a pregnancy massage with Lisa brothwood to ease my sciatica and honestly the best decision I have made. The difference in my mobility from before and after the massage is amazing. Thank you Lisa.

Callum was brilliant, polite and knowledgeable and I don’t think I could have found anyone better.
I believe I have a trapped nerve in my arm/ shoulder and was in a lot of pain and discomfort and unable to lift my arm on Monday, Callum did an assessment and then went thru some movements on my arm, gave me advice and do’s and don’ts and then also sent me some information on exercises to do.
I would highly recommend Callum.

Steve was amazing! He really cared about my situation and my injury, and provided a tailored response that made all the difference. He’s extremely knowledgeable, puts his clients first, and creates a professional yet comfortable experience. I left feeling so much better and I’m already looking forward to my session with him again next week. Highly recommend!

I'm on the large side as well as being disabled. Livewell were able to confirm their home tables could comfortably take my weight. After a 1hr deep tissue massage with Tomasz I feel better than I have in weeks. Now working out when to book my next one!

Lisa came straight to my house for a sports massage, and wow—game-changer. I’ve had a few massages before, but this one was next-level focused on recovery and performance. The setup was smooth and professional, and they turned my living room into a recovery zone.

We talked about the muscle groups I’d been pushing—legs, shoulders, all the usual suspects—and she tailored the whole session to those areas. The pressure was deep and effective, targeting knots, tightness, and any stubborn soreness I had from training.

Afterward, I felt way more mobile and way less sore. I even noticed better form during my next workout because everything moved easier. If you train hard, play sports, or even just feel like your body’s been through a lot, having a sports massage like this at home is honestly a brilliant call.

Had a super massage with Lauren. She was really friendly and worked on the areas I needed as well as giving me great advice.

I had a lymphatic massage with Daniel and felt really relaxed throughout. He was polite, listened carefully to what I needed, and picked up on a few things that could be contributing to my pain. I live with chronic pain (CRPS, chronic mechanical back syndrome, and sciatica), and it meant a lot to be treated with such care and understanding. I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommended.
