Long term customer of LU, but recent bad experience. Trying to return 2 sale items which are not suitable, unable to process return and obtain qr code (keep getting message that I have already returned!) no reply to numerous e mails and now outside return window, have contacted my bank and am informed there is nothing they can do as I still have the items. NB This company is in ADMINISTRATION so is this a way of getting as much money from people as possible? One thing is for certain, they will get not another penny from me!

Customer service simply doesn’t exist. I’ve received a faulty item, which I would obviously like to return. I created an online return but didn’t receive a QR return label - yes, I checked my spam and junk folders. I have sent four emails since last week, with no reply. The return window is about to close. Is this some kind of marketing strategy?! Can I get that QR code, please? My order number is 204655.

Very helpful when I attempted to create a return of some items on the website and somehow made a mess of it. I contacted Customer Services and was emailed a QR code which did the trick when taking the parcel to the local Post Office.

Poor customer service. Had two items delivered and both faulty. Tried to arrange a return and emailed last week but no response. Completed the return form and had to provide photographs, which I have done. No QR code generated as I have to wait for them to contact me when they have reviewed. No idea when this will be. Over complicated stalling techniques, delaying my right to a refund for faulty goods.

I ordered 2 dresses 2 casual joggers and tops a jumper. All were a lovely fit nicely packaged and good quality, they were sale items so good value but I would happily pay full price, I have large bust and arms so happy to find such a nice fit, I’m only 5ft so will need to shorten a couple of items but nice to see petite available in plus sizes. Very very happy with my purchases,

Rude, dishonest, poorly organised time wasters. When they are wrong they double down and insist you are. Even the CEO is unable to accept any responsibility for their failures or offer up an apology. The garments are old fashioned and oversized and I cant understand how they are still in business.

It's great to buy clothes worn by models that look like me. Good sales and a very quick returns service. I don't often dress up to go out but I wanted something different to wear with jeans that I wouldn't see many other women wearing.

Great quality clothing , sizing is really good , customer service is fantastic, there was a problem with the delivery which the company put right as soon as they were aware , deal with professionally especially by a lady called Debbie .

Website is great but if you are returning an item from outside UK you have to go through their selected courier service which is extortionate, will not be using this site again

I love this company. It has clothes for the more plump petite figure in designs you cannot get elsewhere. I recently bought a velvet kimono shrug in black and it’s lovely for wearing at special occasions and fits well. Will be ideal for the warmer spring evenings.

My experience is as always, stress free ordering, goods arrive swiftly, well packaged and never disappointing quality.

Scam ‘sale’ prices.
Found a wrap coat on their website the other day, reduced to £95 and £100 in different colours in the sale.
Today there’s an ‘extra 15% off sale’, yet the same coats now have sales prices of £100 and £120.
What a scam.😂
