Be careful people

Be careful people! It's really really upsetting when you asked for refund! When week 2, I already wanted to pull my kid out but Diz kept me, I tried so many way to stay when I decided to leave they made me difficult. Even Diz disappeared!!
It's more than this behind the scene just be careful!!

Please stay away and spare yourself from wasting your hard earned money

Please spare yourself and stat away from this company. I have been locked on a 2 year contract with them not knowing that the tutors are not immediately available when my kids need support with their online courses. P***r did not also inform us that there is a 6months contract. If only we knew, we would have tried the 6 months first before jumping on the cliff. My kids don't like it either because once they got stucked and tried to call the tutor, they will get advised that the tutor will call them back and mostly after 40mins. By the time they call back, the kids are already not infront of the computer. More than $5k is a lot to waste for a service you can't rely upon.

The perfect tutoring solution

Livetutor is a great tutoring product for both of my girls (aged 14 and 9) it’s customized to their learning abilities, transportable (we even completed the lessons over school holidays) and self-paced so doubles as a time management tool. The online and on call help is a fantastic bonus. All the staff we’ve interacted with are friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this tutoring program!
