Absaloutely shite, sent a message and no reply, so left it a couple of more days sent another one and never heard anything back, maybe a scam ? But shocking u cant even get a reply.

Having been a customer for 5 years . I cannot get any reply to renew this year . When I tried the email I got was very rude

I have just renewed by Subscription for another year. I never have any problems. Four of my friends also use the service and they have no complaints. Their support on the Discord App is Brilliant. They also give continues updates on the service on the App.
