Had the great misfortune of my door…

Had the great misfortune of my door mechanism failing, and I was recommended Liverpool Locksmith and called Andrew who came out to provide a quote and proceed with the work. When other companies could not provide me either a date or a prices he turned up same day, smile on his face and van full of tools. 🧰 ⚒️ can’t recommend him enough. 10/10

Honest, Professional and Effective

Andrew was a complete professional throughout. Discussed and diagnosed the issue on the phone before attending, gave a fixed quote to resolve it and was round in less than half an hour. Great communication in letting us know when he was nearby so we could make sure we were at the door waiting.

Once he arrived, Andrew was chatty, friendly and clearly understood his trade. He attempted every method possible (successfully, in the end) to help us back in without causing any damage.

In a landscape of increasing numbers of rogue traders, Andrew is an honest, skilled and professional locksmith. If you find yourself in the position where you need help with a lock, do yourself a favour and use Liverpool Locksmith.

Andrew is a quality locksmith and responded straight away. Promp attendance to my house too. Had the old lock removed and new one in place quickly.
5 star and well deserved . He is genuine and doesn't rip you off..

Amazing service from start to finish ,

Amazing service from start to finish ,, I rang Andrew regarding my van not opening up due to a flat battery ,, Andrew was out with in 30mins of my phone call and absolutely saved my day 🤝🤝🤝

Top man / top service and an all round brilliant company to work with ,,

Doesn’t care about the safety of his…

Doesn’t care about the safety of his clients regarding Covid.
He thinks the safety measures are a joke and even laughed when I said he’s putting the lives of his elderly clients at risk by ignoring guidelines.

Phoned about 5 so called 24hr Emergency locksmiths and Andrew was the only to answer. Came out quickly and opened my door without any damage.

Very reasonable price, quick and professional!

Locked out with my children...

I phoned this company as I had locked myself out with my 3 children.As luck had it the locksmith was in my area and could be with us in 30 minutes.
To my delight he turned up 15 minutes later with such a positive attitude and had me and my children back in our home in 5 minutes with minimal fuss.Very professional,would highly recommend.
