The magnesium is great. I was advised to take magnesium due to being pre-hypertensive. I have taken magnesium for over 10 years and saw the best results with Livegood's gluconate/glycinate combination.

This company has amazing high quality products at a great price that I can't find anywhere else. I have been using their products for over a year now. Absolutely great tasting products 👌 I purchased the coffee and omg the flavours delicious 😋 not what I was expecting.. I also purchased the red Berry drink it's so delicious and fruity flavour!
