In love with their pieces, its pricey but the quality is worth it!

Im a big fan from this brand. I buy a LOT! But right now i have a bad experience. They just DONT respond on my emails. My order is lost, and i wanna make contact, but its impossible….. can someone PLEASE respond?????

Never encounter such a messy and disorganised company, Tried to reach out to them for 2 motnhs witouth getting any answers back this is absurd.
I dont understand a company is allowed to excist witouth helping its customers. I send my order back and still haven't received my refund....
They really dont care about their customers..

Very happy with my purchase from here. arrived promptly from dpd and the fit is great

I called the support 10 times no one accepted the call and the email is also not answered within 1 week

The shirt was great, but delivery was really late. Ordered 9. December and did not recieve for Christmas as promised.

Ordered two items, but only one arrived. Support was unhelpful and essentially told me I was wrong.

One of the Best street Clothing brand

I’ve been buying my clothing from LFDY since 2021 and never had any issues. However, I placed an order during Black Friday, and since November 29, I haven’t received any updates. I contacted DHL, and they confirmed that the package still hasn’t arrived at their facility.

A friend of mine placed an order on the same day, and his package arrived yesterday. (We live in the same street) I’ve sent emails and reached out through the chatbot for help, but no one has responded. This is really disappointing.

I ordered a pair of shorts that were
were extremely short and seemed to be a defective pair, it was definitely not reflective of the pictures online. I reached out to support asking for the company to cover the cost of the refund due to a defect and Anna Maria assured me that there was no defect and the shorts were correct based on the size chart. I then asked show me where a sizing chart is transparently posted on the website to confirm if the sizing of the shorts is correct. No response. I searched the website high low, no sizing chart with measurements. She never responded Or followed up on my request. And they refuse to cover and refund defective shorts. Wouldn’t order here again.
