Absolute Disaster – Worst Experience for a House Party
If there was an option for a negative rating, I would have given that. This is my second terrible experience with the Live101 Gurgaon Team, and it will absolutely be the last.Last year, I hired a musician through them who spent the party hovering around my guests demanding his balance payment, despite already receiving a 75% advance. It was an embarrassment. Foolishly, I gave them a second chance for a house party of 50 guests just two days ago, paying a premium fee of ₹26,500 for a 4-hour DJ setup.The Live101 team aggressively insisted on 50% advance and the remaining 50% strictly upon the DJ’s arrival. I complied completely. However, while our official event start time was strictly confirmed for 8:30 PM, the DJ arrived late at 9:00 PM. The music didn't even start until 9:30 PM. When the music finally played, the sound system was horrifying. By 10:00 PM, my guests and I completely lost our cool. The sound quality was so meek and terrible that we had to turn off their equipment entirely. We were forced to fetch our personal Marshall speakers, connect them to our phones, and run our own playlist just to save the night.
