Good follow up, good communication

Moving between countries and continents can be very stressful. You need to ship your personal stuff with or without bulky furniture, and then when you have landed in your new host country, you need to find a home and make it homey as quickly as possible, hence you go furniture hunting.
When I moved back to Luxembourg I faced several challenges, (1) early closing times 6-7pm, (2) many small to medium sized furniture shops spread all over Luxembourg and in the wider region, (3) shops being closed on Sundays AND (4) when finally having found some nice furniture, the delivery times were 3-6 months (!!!).

Thanks to social media marketing I found this great Belgian start-up, and they had a solution to all my problems, well at least furniture wise! They have most of Ethnicraft’s furniture and accessory lines in stock and they commit to deliver them within 10 days. It’s a furniture subscription model (6, 12, 24 or 48 months), and at the end of the period you can decide if you want to keep or return the gorgeous pieces.
I really like Ethnicraft and hence I was so delighted and relieved when I found Live Light, a lovely company that made the Ethnicraft story a circular one. Say goodbye to fast furniture!

Wonderful service, pieces are of extraordinary beauty. A final touch is purely magical smell of wood when it is just delivered. All the process was done on time and accurately, with care and caution. Would strongly recommend for expats, at least to get a starting set of furniture.

After my move, I wanted Ethnicraft's solid furniture in my new home. Unfortunately, the budget was not enough to buy all the furnitures now, but Live Light provided a great solution. The ordering and delivery process went very smoothly. One week after delivery, I noticed a little crack in one of the Bok chairs. After contacting Live Light, this was replaced one week later by a new one. Top service!

What a wonderful service. I just moved and was still looking for some design furniture but didn't find anything suitable. And then I discovered Live Light. The customer service team helped me choose the right furniture for my small apartment, and after that, the furniture was delivered within a week.
