However, when I tried to make a withdrawal, they told me my whole balance were confiscated "due to the following terms of our Terms & Conditions".

Then they listed a long list of terms and conditions for their site. I didn't recognize anything that applied, so I asked them to specify any one term and provide at least ONE example.
