Just joined as a new customer stressed already what I ordered and the price is totally wrong when the email came through with the order on now got to return most of the order as the thing I really wanted was over the credit limit through their error's

Shockingly bad customer service

Ordered pyjamas for my daughter for Christmas. Supposed to be delivered last Tuesday still not delivered (Thursday). Littlewoods say speak to Yodel, Yodel say speak to Littlewoods. Either way I don't have them, i don't have a refund, its Christmas in a few days and no maternity PJ's for my daughter. Shockingly bad customer service Littlewoods

Wrong Colours

Wrong Colours

Bed was delivered on 12th February
The divan base came in two sections 1 section Emerald (which is the colour I ordered and 1 section navy blue!!!
When I contacted customer services I was told I would have to send the whole bed back and reorder a replacement.
Totally unacceptable as I would then have no bed and would have to take time off work for them to collect and then deliver the replacement.
Totally pi@@#d off to say the least. I previously posted this under my old account which is no longer active. please reply to this one

True littlewoods customer service been…

True littlewoods customer service been trying for weeks to sort an issue I finally get a call from them . Then we get cut off after passing security and they couldn’t be bothered to call back . What a shower of .... . A true company that don’t care after they have your money.
