No customer service

Great concept but when a gift is purchased you don’t get to see the names of those who purchased it and if you want to thank them you have to contact the team each time to provide a list for you. I managed to do this twice but when I needed information the third time I have not been replied to at all and I’ve sent about 5 chase up emails in a span of a month now. It’s been so frustrating and truly bad customer service.

A new and improved way to gift!

I really hate waste and the current way we do gifting, so using Littlewishlist is a no brainer.
The kids get presents they actually want. There are no double-ups. My sister uses it too, which means I don't have to guess what her kids are into!
My dad even uses it - his list is mainly bottles of Malbec!
