I ordered 2 posture correctors in early May. To date I have still not received them and after emailing several times I received a reply that they had not been delivered but sent back to the warehouse because of covid. Absolutely useless. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company.

I regret so much not to check Blue Bear Made products' and littlestyleshop's reviews too. Their returns are very poorly handled - one officer would say "YES" it is all good to go, the next would say "No go". It took days for them to reply one email. There are so many staffs to handle ONE return item (very costly to run such a poor return system/procedure, not to mention the frustrations at the consumers end ??). I got I think by now well over three different officers to handle my return and still waiting to finalise my only and the precious "ONE" return item. Very disappointing !! I would give a negative star if there is one.

This review is just to shed light on the dropshipping market. You get reputable dropshippers out there and we cannot let this one store ruin our opinion of all when it comes to us as dropshoppers. I LOVE PURCHASING ITEMS FROM RANDOM STORES ONLINE BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE YOU MIGHT FIND A GEM. All in all I always check the type of support they provide in terms of after sale service. Do they have a customer service team? Are there intentions actually to make sure we as customers are happy and if any problems do arise that their focus is to get resolved. I generally go with companies that have a email and whatsapp number. I always pay via paypal or cc so if there is an issue, I can easily dispute it. I've bought products from many online stores and I can assure this is the safest route to take. There is a new form of online store that offers buyer protection for any items bought on it specifically for the items coming from overseas. I'm waiting on my order to come and if it does have an issue ( hoping it does ) I will see what they do to resolve my problem and if they live up to there buyer protection offer then I'll promote there websit co shoppers. Fingere crossed

Theh contradict their guarantee promise and say to give their product a try for 30 days and if you are not happy then return it no questions asked HOWEVER it says in their policy they sent me that it can not be a used item that is returned. The priority shipping states clearly 7-9 DAYS. They are now saying business days. This extends the delivery to 12 plus days. I still have not received my product that was ordered on the 14th of January. Regardless, the customer service is terrible.

Paid $35.00 Cdn for a posture corrector on Dec 12/2019 and, to this day, have not received the item. When I tried to contact them by phone, a message stated that they were having trouble with their lines and that I should contact them by email. When I tried to send an email to the stated address, it went nowhere. After reading other reviews of this company, I have determined that it is a total scam.BUYER BEWARE!
Buyer Beware! Hassle of an order.
Ordered product... tracking was linked to my address but they incorrectly labeled the package with a Tustin California address. I live in Tennessee. Package came to my post office but was sent back because of the incorrect address. After reading other reviews, I see this company is not reputable in their business transactions. They had no phone number in working order to speak with a person. Emails are answerd with a "run around" technique. I will not do business with this company again. I also noticed they are under a parent company with the name Performance Ignited Inc. of whom I would not do business with. Dens E. has posted a positive review of this company. Dens E. is the person who responded to my email concerning my botched order from Little Style Shop. He is not a reputable reviewer of products for Little Style Shop as his interest is in the success of Little Style Shop. I attempted to flag Dens E.'s review but it will not go through. Buyer beware!
Update: After filing this review, a BBB complaint and also a PayPal complaint, my payment was refunded in full. To have spent this much time to resolve a simple order was not worth it. Whomever addressed this package made this an unpleasant transaction. I will not do business with this company again nor their parent company Performance Ignited.
2nd Update: I received what I ordered from this company in the mail today. I appreciate the company making this right. However, if my first response from the company had been we will refund your payment and send you the product ... instead of “Upon checking, however, I see that your package was already delivered by USPS to an individual at the address at 5:00 pm on January 21, 2020 in Tustin, CA 92780. If you are still not in receipt of your package, please reach out to USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to get more information about the delivery and see if they can still retrieve your package. You may also check your mailbox or ask your neighbors if they have received your package by mistake.”, This transaction could have taken a whole lot less time and aggravation. Again, I appreciate the company making this right!
Do not buy the Little Style Shop posture corrector
Slow service, misleading advertising in terms of a genuine return policy (the product has to be unused and in original packaging to be returned), has to be the worst fitting instruction guide I've ever seen, the product is extremely uncomfortable to wear for any length of time and frankly seems like a massive scam.
I cannot trust this trader
I wrote the following message to this company and, having received no reply, have decided not to purchase anything from them, especially in light of the many negative reviews here.
"Hello
I wish to buy your Bodyposture Corrector; however I am confused by contradictory statements on your website.
Under the heading: 'SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - EASY REFUNDS', you state:
"If for whatever reason, you decide you are not satisfied, you can easily and quickly contact our helpful customer support to get an easy refund. We just ask that you at least give the product a 2 week try and we'll refund you, no questions!"
However, your REFUND POLICY states:
"To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging."
The first statement says "give the product a 2 week try" before returning it for an "EASY REFUND", yet the second statement contradicts this in saying the "item must be unused"!
Which statement is the correct one?
Also, I would be grateful for your response to your low customer rating on the website: trustpilot.com.
Satisfactory answers to my questions and I will purchase your product.

Lousy experience. Did not meet their delivery date promised on their web site.. Terrible support from their customer contact department. Condescending tone in all communications. No real support from this merchant. Item evidently got on the slowest boat from China. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
