They are unprofessional . They took initial fees from me promising to find a candidate but they failed. They persuaded me interview candidates doesn’t fit my requirements I gave a try and it was a nightmare. The candidates can’t cook or even do ironing. They keep changing the agents every week. Pls be vigilant when signing up. . If there was no star option I would have chosen it.

William found me a perfect job as fast as possible without any issues. I appreciate him and he replied to my text and my phone quickly and helped me meet great people.

First time hiring for a nanny/housekeeping role and, a bit last-minute, we decided to try Little Ones London, as we were interested in more long-term/permanent setup, rather than the more casual/"as-you-go " matching services out there. I was impressed from the outset by how quickly they engaged with us, and everyone we spoke to was highly professional. They really understood what we were looking for and sent candidates with strong references and well-matched profiles. Within two weeks we found someone. I had reservations about how effective an agency would be, but I was genuinely impressed. The payroll service is also a great add-on.

Don't be fooled by the impressive profiles you receive before signing the contract.

We contacted this agency to find a nanny/housekeeper and were shown several promising candidates. However, when we requested interviews, every request was declined for different reasons.

Eventually, we hired one candidate and paid a £4,000 agency fee. She resigned on her first day, stating that she was not a cleaner and should not have been asked to perform cleaning duties, which clearly showed that the agency had not properly briefed her about the role before placing her with us.

When we raised our concerns, the agency said it was disappointed with the candidate's actions. However, they refused to refund the £4,000 agency fee and would only offer replacement candidates. Over the next six weeks, we received many profiles, but most were clearly unsuitable and did not meet our requirements. It felt like they were simply trying to meet their quota rather than genuinely finding suitable candidates. Even the few candidates we wanted to interview became unavailable, or the interviews never happened.

The result? We paid £4,000 and still didn't find a nanny/housekeeper.

Communication from Natalia was also slow and unhelpful, often taking days to respond while pushing unsuitable candidates.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this agency.

Do not use Little Ones !
I was provided with an utterly useless temporary housekeeper who spoke no English and as a replacement was given a lady named Maria with no DBS . Maria proceeded to steal £5000 worth of clothing including a brand new Hermes wallet, a Roland Mouret Dress and a vintage summer dress with great sentimental value. James & William have avoided my calls & emails and I have reported this woman to the police.
Be very careful, they have no care for you or your family, they just want their fee!!!!

Yes I really feel the staffs are very coordinating and helpful professionally. I had great experience talking to them. I would love to work with them.

I've been getting my Paediatric First Aid certificate with Little Ones every 3 years for the last 9 years and every time I've seen improvements in both courses on top of all the updates from the government. They've manage to develop a very easy and clear method which makes the whole process very easy and productive for the participants.
Easy to book online via their website. However, don't try to book it in a rush as I did because I ended up very confused... I contacted the company and they helped me straight away.
Laura is extremely professional and answered all my questions.
Gary was the health professional who run the practical part of the course I attended this year. He's very knowledgeable and explains the list of topics very well. He also has a good sense of humour, which made the session fun. Gary (@nma.training)is friendly and very respectful, and he made everyone feel comfortable and engaged with interest.

Very poor service. I’ve now decided to go with a different agency after being ignored by two members of staff for over a week. I had to continuously follow up and chase updates on each interview myself, and when I finally raised my frustration, the explanations were that the account manager was either on holiday, off sick, or having ‘WhatsApp issues’. Overall, a complete waste of time and very disappointing communication throughout.
