Love the product and the service!

I am super happy first of all with the customer service and more important the product! I am used to have my baby in a sleeping bag as we do it in my home country, but never came across one with the weight on the chest. So smart! Makes my baby fall asleep so much faster and STAY asleep!!!

The customer service is amazing. I wasn’t sure about which size to pick, since my baby is between sizes and I got a reply within short time! Lovely to talk to a small business that is really invested in their product! I have already two napsacks away as a gift for a baby shower and both mums (and babies) were also super happy!!!
