Lovely charm locket
I received the large charm locket & charms already nicely gift wrapped thanks, my niece loved it it was really lovely, just disappointed the engraving was on it's side rather than straight with the top of the locket & the charms are extremely small, smaller than I thought they would be but, it is still really lovely.

The item was great
The item was great, I was was very pleased with it. The delivery took a long time though and didn't arrive in time for Xmas.
Hi in response to you your reply, I can only assume it was delivered to the wrong address as it arrived on New year's day but looking at our camera it doesn't look like a royal mail employee who delivers it.
Not your fault at all if royal mail wrongly delivered it.
