I purchased a pair of small rechargeable lamps in January and was very disappointed when one of the lights stopped charging recently. I have received excellent service from Little Jax who have sent me a new lamp. Excellent service. Thank you.

Very disappointed, the product didnt look anywhere near as luxurious on the website, and colour was even worse, no where near the brown I ordered, looked cheap and colour didnt match the bathroom at all, very disappointed for the money, certainly wont be buying again.

I ordered a pillow which came highly recommended with great reviews. It took weeks to come and was nothing like described. Cheap and thin. As it had a 100 day guarantee I returned it as they advised (within 2 weeks of receiving). Over a month later no refund and they are trying to say I did not include the order details to get out of the refund. I did include the order details. I’m suspicious this is a scam organisation and I would highly recommend not buying from them. I wish also I’d read the Trust Pilot reviews before I bought!

Since writing this review Little Jax have made contact with me and issued a full refund.

This was honestly a complete waste of money. The bathroom rug I received is nothing like the pictures. It’s thin, cheap, and looks like something from the pound store. I feel completely misled. If this is what Little Jax considers “quality,” I’ll make sure never to shop here again — and I’ll warn others to save their money.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PRODUCT.

Ordered 2 rugs from this company on the 15th October, it said 2 day delivery, perfect as I needed urgently.
I’m still waiting for them to arrive and have been constantly chasing customer services. All I get are apologies but still none the wiser as to when or if they will arrive. Website says customer service 7 days a week but the phone is just a message service so you can only email. I’ve asked for a delivery date or a refund… I’m still waiting!
Update
After asking for a refund and more emails 1 rug arrived yesterday. I was assured the other would arrive today.It didn’t arrive today and my emails today have gone unanswered …An absolutely awful company to deal with.

Despite a delay in delivery and the rug being the wrong one I can’t fault the service I received. Any email I sent was replied too, any issue dealt with and all in a friendly and constructive way. Excellent customer service.

Wanted to start a return, their customer service number is fake, it is borrowed from the ee network number.
Very disappointed. Everything seems to be fake, products come from China.

Poor quality product compared to the photos, and overpriced

horrible cheap china product, very disappointing. refund policy is ridiculous. they said I have to pag for shipping from Australia to Canada.. that will cost more of the product. not even cheap. I paid $120 for cheap poor china toy.

Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. Horrible product and even worse customer service. Advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

Fuorviant publicity on FB , I ordered a toy that looked big and fantastic, I ended up receiveing a ridicolous small little thing, not even suitable for a 1 year old child, extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone to trust them.

I still haven’t received my order or any tracking details. It’s now been over a week.

Just told them about a problem I have with a purchase and they are going to send a new part.

Orders take ages to come! Waited over 3 weeks for delivery. Asked for a refund. Customer services are quite sarcastic and unhelpful! Will not order from here again!

The photos are quite misleading. Also says for 3+ but it's so tiny a 3 year old will have outgrown it

I order the item and it was shipped to my old address (my fault.) Little Jax reshipped at no extra cost. My two year old grandaughter got the present in time for her birthday and loves the sink unit which has a working tap with water!!

This is my second review after delivery of item (eventually). Shipped directly from China with final delivery by Royal Mail. Name correct but completely wrong address. Even then, the postcode didn't match the incorrect street. It was only because one of the posties put up a message on Facebook that I was able to tell him where to deliver. Very disappointed with item as well. Much smaller than it looks on the website. Photo is very misleading, although to be fair dimensions are given further down.
