With a little delay.
I placed my order on the 14th March 2024 and understand that there has been a delay in getting in one of the items. I had it confirmed by the company on 22nd March that the order is being shipped and if it arrives the next day, I will understand the delay. Being warned that there is likely to be a delay would have been useful. I understand the difficulties in running a small family business and I wish Little Fields Farm all the best. I may review my review if all goes well with the order once delivered. I appreciate the company's response so far.

Good morning Corascendea, im so sorry to hear you are disappointed. Your order has been dispatched and will be with you tomorrow. I have also enclosed something free in the parcel as a way of an apology.
As you can imagine gardening season is kicking off and we do have to place orders to replenish the stock we have sold. Unfortunately there are delays in us receiving said deliveries from our suppliers sometimes which does have a knock on effect with us getting the occasional order out on time. We are a small family run business and do not hold masses of stock like the bigger companies do.
Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. We needed a poultry feeder that didn't seem to be available anywhere. Jade at Little Fields Farm went above and beyond to do everything she could to get us the feeder we needed. As soon as the item was in stock, it was dispatched and I received it the following day. If only all customer service was this good. Thank you.

This business is in liquidation!
After waiting for several weeks for my order to arrive, I contacted them and received an initial response which included the words: "Due to popular seaman’s we ran out of stock". Since then I have only had automated replies to my follow-up emails. I have discovered that this company is in liquidation. I am very relieved that the order was small, so I have only lost £11. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company.

NEVER AGAIN
Probably the worst firm I have ever dealt with for after sales service. Two emails NEVER responded to and twice I telephoned on different days and although I was caller number one in the queue on both occasions I waited 55 minutes the first time and 27 minutes the next time, unbelievably no one answered.

This company is a scam!
This company is a scam!! It popped up under a save money on MSoft edge while I was purchasing from different company. I placed the order on 12 November, my card was charged on 13 November. I’ve emailed repeatedly, called, texted and left messages. No reply from anyone about wha happened to my order. I’m phoning my bank to report fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!

This company is INSOLVENT AND MORALLY BANKRUPT
This company went into receivership/insolvance/liquidation on February 24, 2023, according its Companies House listing, but it has not taken down the website and people are still able to place orders and make payments AND WILL NOT RECEIVE THEIR GOODS. It is impossible to contact them by email or phone, and Paypal is very, very slow at ending the right to take payments.
I was a repeat customer, having previously found them to be both good value and responsive. That is not the case any more. It is a pity, because it was, once upon a time, a nice company to do business with.

Company in Voluntary liquidation ?
Order placed : 30th October 2023
Emailed 8th November to ask when order would be dispatched.
LFF responded that the item was out of stock and the order was cancelled and refund would be issued. As of 19th November no refund has been issued.
On further investigation it seems that the company went into VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION on the 24 February 2023.

Update 13 Dec 23: Lies upon lies. They responded to my review 12 Dec claiming it's under new management from that exact date. This is false. Website still says it's a trading name of TND Distribution Ltd company number 13641217 in the footer. I had to go through Paypals buyer protection to get my money back. On their website they link to another reviews site which has nothing from recent experiences and is designed to promote historic positive reviews (from back when the original owners had the business).

Owner still trying to blame previous owners. Mine and many other customers were scammed while the current 'new' owners were running the website. The website is live and reachable. It's bizarre they're still telling lies when the evidence is clear as day. Jade, you took my money then canceled my order saying said you would refund but did not. That's a scam. Nothing to do with previous owners.
