Ordered a duvet set . They took the money out of my account and 5 weeks later , the goods have not arrived. They do not answer e-mails, avoid this company at all costs.

Do not use this company!
I paid for a 12 month subscription and received 6 boxes (the things inside definitely weren't worth the price I was paying and had barely anything for my baby), didn't receive any more boxes, then they tried to take payment again after 6 months and are not responding to the 10 emails I've sent. I'm 3 boxes down on a 12 month subscription and they won't respond. Appalling customer service!
Do not use unless you enjoy paying for things that never turn up.

Beautiful gifts if they had not all arrived damaged - how odd to post items with no bubble wrap or padding. Customer service non-existent with no response to email.

Really lovely people, even though had a few issues with missing things they fixed it straight away and are so friendly and nice to email. I will defiantly order from them again

No prior warning of impending payment being taken after months of subscription being on pause.
No way to cancel and prevent box from being sent once payment taken unexpectedly.
After months on pause box ages are wrong and can not be amended online.
Return policy that is geared to ensure you don't return as have to send heavy subscription boxes back at own cost which is greater than the initial postage cost charged with the purchase.
Very unhelpful on direct contact which I could only find email method. So I now have a box designed for a 4 month old that I can't return despite my baby now being 7 months old next week.

Loved this box for sometime. I even did youtube videos on it. Sadly had to stop it's a real shame. Plus I wished their kid theme boxes.

Was a nice idea for when I was pregnant as a treat but then I started to notice that most of the items that you get from here are the ones in the 'freebie' boxes and a lot of samples. Most boxes were heavy on the cosmetics side even when I had my baby and expected many more items for my newborn. I quickly stopped my subscription after my baby was born as I became less impressed the more boxes I had. It's fun for when you have pregnancy brain, especially when you get the snack samples but when you start thinking straight, it's not good at all.

This box definitely isn't worth the money! 16 pound and one month I got a cardboard and string toy and a book. I also bought a toy off of their site seperatley and it was so misleading I thought I was getting a pack of 4 toys and got ONE tiny little bath toy for 3.99 and 2.99 delivery. What a joke

Such a lovely little treat for both mum and baby. Always receive interesting and high quality items in the boxes.
I always look forward to it arriving in the post!

I’m really enjoying my monthly subscription at the moment. I had an issue with my box that arrived this month and customer service was prompt and polite. All products are really great and it’s nice to treat yourself and baby every month.
