Afternoon tea at Sutton In Ashfield
No choice if sandwiches, it was cheese or cheese, no salad, crisps or pastry in sight. Basically half a waffle a cheese sandwich and a cup of tea.
Really underwhelming and not worth half of what we paid

Waste of money. Very Poor Quality Products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered the aero mint cookie dough at a cost £8.50.
It was about 1/2 cm thick and basically a soft cookie which i could have bought for much less. Definitely not like cookie dough. Also on menu mentions ice cream and shows this in photo, however you dont get icr cream. So basically paid £8.50 for a sub standard cookie.
I would not recommend this place as waste of money

Very Very Very disappointing, milk chocolate chip cookie dough - no chocolate chips - approx 1/2 cm thick like a shop bought cookie - despite menu saying you got ice cream and shown in the image there was no ice cream came with it - not worth £8.50 very substandard which is a shame for a new business venture.

Despite calling before ordering and checking delivery times waited 2 hours for delivery. For a packet waffle, 2 milkshakes and three gelato balls. And we are about five mins max from the shop. Waffle was longlife tasteless packet rubbish. Gelato balls were nothing like pistachio and had a weird perfume flavour. Milkshakes arrived with no straws and were bland. I didn’t expect longlife packet waffles from a desert shop. It all went in the bin. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Can honestly say it was the worst delivery food I’ve ever received. Don’t mind paying for something you actually eat/drink even if it’s a bit pricy but just shy of £30 for a packet waffle, 2 milkshakes, and 3 little balls of perfumey ice cream with a two hour wait to end in the bin is a joke. I’m actually annoyed.

If I could give less I would. Where do I start ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 dessert at the same time in the same order. First mine comes out with my partners milkshake then we wait 15 minutes for her dessert to arrive then 15 minutes after that my milkshake turns up. It was NOT busy. We also received dirty cutlery as did the people who sat opposite us. No apologies from the staff. Oh and let’s not forget the all the toilets were out of order. AVOID

Went in off the cuff for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised at the gorgeous selection of desserts and drinks. Billy was very friendly and pro active. The milkshake was lovely and the food was presented in a lovely box which we could take home (too much to finish - good portion sizes) . overall a very nice experience ! Thank you

I ordered a milkshake and a red velvet cake. They must think a milkshake is literally just that, milk shaken up with some chocolate cause it was as runny as the guys nose who made it. Not just mine though, we ordered at least 5 different milkshakes all the same consistency. Not gonna lie I'm 99% sure I got food poisoning from that cake... The standards here are lower than sea level.

Went to the Little Desert Shop in Chorlton. It was like a dystopian music video. Staff just seemed to be flicking between different tasks making the whole process inefficient. There were loads of staff yet it took 45 minutes to prepare a piece of take out cake. Yes it was Friday night and busy but it wasn't overly busy. The cake was nice but wait time and being surrounded by other frustrated customers tainted the whole experience. Probably wouldn't go back sadly even though it looked promising.

Went here tonight. Got cake and some other bits. All horrible cake must have been weeks old. Won’t be back. Did wonder why the shop was empty.

The place is such a vibe, and the Hazel cheese cake I ordered was heaven. The customer service was beyond amazing. I'll definitely go back for another treat!

If I could give this store a minus I would. We placed an order online on October 14th. We paid online to collect. When we arrived at the store is was closed for the day due to a freezer issue. I emailed the store and got a rapid response apologising and promising a full refund. After four week no refund and no reply to emails. Phone lines a joke. £40 down the drain !!! This is the RUNCORN STORE

Went to the Solihull shop and ordered 2x cookie doughs. Firsty £20 for two is a bit of a joke and the portion is tiny. The ice cream that came with it was just ice. Absolute rip off and not worth it. Definitely wont be ordering again

My partner and I have ordered twice online with this company now, both times the order has been wrong, they don’t answer the phones whatsoever so hard to get in contact with them to rectify my order. Annoying really as it’s a not a cheap mistake. Both puddings were wrong on both occasions.

Don't buy anything from that shoop it so dirty if you pay money they have to prepared fresh I order some crapes and they was just like a rock disgusting little desert shoop Cardiff that crapes and waflels was like rock and the chocolate was like poo!

Me and my friends ordered 3 cookie doughs and they were VERY raw and mushy and smelt very bad to the point we had to stop eating.

Disgusted with my purchase. Insects in the fruit and choc pots half full in my Dunkin’ box. Spent nearly 50 gbp in the store for a takeaway and had to throw away. Plz save your money little desert shop in Southall needs a hygiene safet visit and training in customer service. I was promised resolution by the assistant manager Reece but no call back. Disgusting, appalling unprofessional and insect infested!

Ordered online for collection. Once collected order got home to wrong brownies sent. Salted caramel brownie was half the size compared to the others but same price. Cookie dough looked like they have thrown the chocolate sauce on top. Also didn’t receive all custard we requested. For the price you would think it would all be correct and descent portion sizes. won’t be ordering again

My partner and I ordered a delivery from the Little Dessert Shop in Tamworth. After over an hour of waiting, we received a notification that our order had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. We then tried multiple times to ring them in hopes that we could come to a conclusion, only to find that their phone line had been switched off.

I am incredibly disappointed with their service and lack of customer care. I would strongly deter all from order from the Little Dessert Shop. I would give 0/5 if possible!
