Very poor customer service
Received the wrong order tried to call numerous times then eventually got through with email. They said they would look into this then said on Friday the item would be sent. I Hadn’t received my order by Tuesday so tried again numerous times to get through eventually they said they would check then they said late on in the afternoon that the shop had been broken into & the locksmith was trying to get into the shop. They couldn’t check my order. I then told them to refund item. Would definitely not recommend.

Dear Angela we are sorry you feel this way. It does state to contact us via email on our website regarding orders as sometimes if the shop is busy we cannot answer the telephone quickly. When you emailed our shop had been damaged and the locks broken where someone had tried to break in and it took the locksmith nearly four hours to get it into the shop. In this time you emailed again to say to just refund you. So the minute I got into the shop and had access to our system we refunded you. I’m sorry you had this experience but as you can see for our other reviews it is not normal for us and we hope you will give us another chance in the future to prove this. Kindest regards Sam

Amazing business clothes were beautiful and good quality. I ordered an outfit which had been marked and the company seen this never sent me the outfit instead they sent me an email explaining what was wrong and refunded me straight away. Will definitely be ordering more clothes from them highly recommend

Received my order with an item missing, saying when in stock would be sent out but when I ordered online it said in stock that’s why I order it, needed matching outfits for my daughters birthday the this weekend. Really should not let you order if not in stock.

Hello Danielle, we are sorry this is the first time we are hearing of this? Did you try to contact us or email regarding this? We have tracked the parcel via the tracking number and it does indeed say it’s been delivered and there is a signature as proof. We will contact Royal Mail first thing Monday morning to find out what’s going on. Unfortunately this issue is out of our control and ultimately down to Royal Mail but we will try our best to get to the bottom of it for you.
