If I could give less stars, I would..
We ordered 36 cupcakes for delivery 10 days from the date the order was placed. We specifically requested Saturday delivery as it was an important birthday.
It got to 4pm Saturday with no communication from Little Cake co. and no sign of the cakes so emailed them. They responded 2 days later offering delivery that week... it was too late!! We had to go out and get a shop bought cake.
The cakes ended up being delivered on the Wednesday of the next week.. so disappointing!
We were offered a £10 voucher in compensation.
1. The shop bought cake i had to get cost more than £10 so doesnt even cover that expense.
2. Why would I go back to a company that let me down so massively?

Such poor service and disappointing efforts in resolving. Will not be going back.

Delicious cakes and wonderful customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

First and last time customer. Bought as a surprise on a family member's special birthday. Mix up with delivery from the company meant she got the wrong card,so didn't think the gift was for her. Although company were made aware,they didn't let me know as the customer. Very poor customer service. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend (not due to mistake - as mistakes happen, but due to the very poor customer service and lack of understanding of the effect of the error).

Wow! I am so impressed with this company. I messed up with the delivery address yesterday. Mandy was in contact within minutes of receiving my email. Calm, helpful and rectified my error promptly.
My daughter has just had a baby and it was a treat for her and her family.
They received them this afternoon and are delighted with them.
Thank you Little Cake Company. I would recommend you to anyone.

When it arrived after spending £35 it looked like I had picked up from a local garage shop very disappointed with appearance also the dilly dinosaur cake had no dinosaur on it as in the picture very upset & felt was a con won't b using again could of bought 2 big cakes from Waitrose for the price.

Cute cakes - wonderful selection and choice. Delivery was perfect.

These were delightful for the occasion.

My only constructive comment is that they were very sweet. Purely subjective as to taste because as a family we are minimal on sugar.

My family have used your company quite a few times. Excellent cakes although difficult to choose which to buy ,all are delicious. Fast delivery and packed very well. Looking forward to buying again soon .

The Little Cakes were part of a champagne celebration where old friends were reunited after thirty years. It was a very special occasion. I placed an order a few days ahead, the cakes were fresh, moist and very tasty. I would have no hesitation in placing orders in the future.

Perfect cakes! My friend loved them :) However Royal Mail thoroughly let you down. They claimed they were unable to deliver even though my friend was in, they didn’t leave a card and didn’t follow the delivery instructions printed on the label to deliver to a neighbour if out (she was in!). Fortunately she got them two days later, Royal Mail left them by her door the second time when she was out! Long story short, great cakes! Royal Mail rubbish! Could you consider a choice of courier? Everyone knows who is good in their own area and Royal Mail isn’t good in mine x

It is two weeks before I receive my order!

I ordered some cakes as a gift. The feedback from the recipient was very positive. The cakes were packaged carefully with an explanatory card, and apparently they were all delicious!

Beautiful cakes, very pretty presentation. I bought these for my mum for Mother's Day. Easy to order, cakes were delicious. The only area for improvement is the delivery - they were left on the doorstep in the rain and a neighbour rescued them from getting wet.

Nice idea having small cakes with varied flavours

I am sorry to be disappointed. I sent this as part of a 21st birthday gift and it all went so well. Arrived on time. Very well packaged. But they are not as pictured online. It’s advertised as white chocolate topping with delicate edible flowers and the image online is very pretty. Although I understand the online image is always better than an actual product - what arrived was so far removed I felt really let down. Strong pink topping, tiny icing balls that had merged into the topping and either no flowers or a very sorry looking squished single flower. I am hoping they will taste nice despite the presentation being so poor.

I bought a box of assorted cakes for my daughter and her family to cheer them up. For her, her husband and her two sons.
A great success they loved them.

The cakes were bought as a gift for my parents anniversary.
The website and ordering was straightforward and the cakes arrived promptly.
My parents were so pleased to receive them, saying they were lovely and having various flavours was a real treat
