Cheap chinese copy. Arrived squahed at the spine,2 pieces missing, poor quality magnets, pieces come off when you close the folder.
Feel absolutely ripped off.

Bought a hand casting kit, advertised with photos as much bigger. In reality the kit is tiny, and there isn’t enough product to fill the cast created by an adult and child hand even by half. Complete waste of money, avoid

Do not order off this company ! Customer service nonexistant. Received razors shoe insoles a plastic cover and phone case. I ordered the walking duck and duckling baby toy and spinners. All im getting to my now 9 email complaints is generic emails. Great you've received your order etc. Terrible service ! Chased this order ordered on 5th August recieved totally wrong order 24th August Avoid !

I bought a wooden puzzle for children with white and red balls.
Delivered by Evri, so not too quick, the puzzle itself was beautifully constructed, safe and sturdy for children.
My 6 year old girl was fascinated and played with it for an hour - she will be back for it on her next visit.
It was too complex for my 3 year old
I have not solved it yet and i am 79!
A good toy to have in the box - would recommend 100%

Should have read the reviews! Ordered on the 5th of August and by the 24th the parcel is only just reaching evri, this was a birthday gift for my son who is not going to receive it on time

Omg I could have just ordered off Temu. It’s literally cheap Chinese products sold at a premium and marketed like they are so much better quality. Such massive misrepresentation! Don’t waste your money

The toys I received for my child are nothing like the one showed in the website. They are like those toys seen in the streets of Italy from street's vendors. They do not offer a free return and they attempted offering 30% refund if I decided to keep the plastic, cheap toys. I would absolutely not recommend this site to anyone looking to buy decent quality toys.

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I bought the screen for my granddaughters birthday, thinking it was a UK company as it says.uk. When it finally arrived, it was broken, mainly because the internal packaging wasn’t sufficient to keep it safe.
I emailed them, in fact the emailing went on for days, back and forth. I wanted a refund as by the time another was sent, it would be too late for her birthday.
They said they would refund my money, and would send me another complimentary screen.
The last email I received was them saying, thank you for requesting another screen. No notice of my refund.So it looks like my refund won’t be arriving. How do they get away with treatment like this. Appalling.
I would be careful of buying from them. Also noted, the screen is extremely flimsy and cheap with no actual instructions at all. It’s just a pile of rubbish that I am now out of pocket for. BEWARE.
Update, I actually received a refund but minus the postage cost. So I've paid them postage for absolutely nothing.

Do not order from this company. The products look amazing on the website but are cheap Chinese rubbish. Moreover my order took weeks to arrive and when it did they had sent the wrong item! On contacting them they had the nerve to tell me to return it to Austria at my expense! After an extremely lengthy exchange of emails where they at no point answered my repeated question as to why I should suffer financial loss for their mistake, I very reluctantly accepted their final offer of 70% refund just to bring this dreadful experience to a close. I cannot believe any reputable company would refuse to refund the customer in full for their mistake. They had the nerve to say that they were sorry I was disappointed with my purchase...well yes I was, you sent something completely different!
To conclude, this company sells absolute rubbish with made in China plastered all over it and has absolutely no conscience about totally ripping off their customers.

Magic spoon arrived in the middle of the night. Opened this morning for the grandchildren to play with. What a load of rubbish. Magic spoons are in the bin, pens are being used on paper. Never again

The shipment arrived after a few weeks but I wasn’t overly worried as I knew they are abroad. The box looked really lovely on the initial view but when I opened it non of the activities are in separate colour envelopes like shown. This means that the activities won’t be picked at random like shown on the box. I’m also missing 2 out of 20 packs and the glue stick. I’ve emailed to ask for my missing items but I shan’t hold my breath

Great concept the baby hand and feet clay casting but not for a wriggly baby, and the instructions aren't clearly written. And when you follow them and stir it 3 minutes but it's already set so you can't get your baby's hand in it it's a waste. Then for the second go it was very messy and went everywhere as you have a wriggly baby not a calm still one as its probably designed for. So it hasn't turned out well at all. The packaging also isn't great the bags wouldn't open and they only provide one container for two castings. It also states toxic free and baby friendly yet to seek medical advice if your child eats it.....so go figure. It was supposed to be enjoyable but it was just stressful.

I recently bought a splash pad from Little Kingdom and my kids love it. It's been a life saver during the heatwaves - they splash about every day. It sets up no fuss, uses hardly any water and fits our small garden. I also bought a busy book to keep my baby busy on an upcoming flight. Both products very well made. So many different products on offer, good service - highly recommend.

Bought a little steam train and I know my grandson will love it .the steam is really realistic and great tunes and bright lights .Will definitely be buying from here again .

Disappointment!!
Hand Cast Set with minimal model powder which only covered fingers tips. No where near enough product to achieve desired cast as per advert.
Contacted company who refused to send replacement with enough model powder to create cast.

Firstly the box arrived all battered. The company has 'uk' on its website so I assumed i was ordering from the UK. It is from CHINA. Product is cheap and flimsy. The item i purchased that was valued originally at £30 but is definitely worth £5. Delivery took 2 weeks! Very disappointed and never ordering from this company again.

Shocking service, do not use this company, weeks to deliver , if it ever comes at all

Sucked in on social media with a toy for the kids to use in the pool for holiday. Ordered at the start of August, we go on 23rd and it still wont be here. What a waste.

Have emailed them but as yet have not received a response.
