Little Italy, Leicester Square
Very expensive food, so we were expecting a stunning experience. Food was ok. £22 for a bolognaise which would have been well priced at £15. However, the bill added 25% service charge! 25% is immoral and crooked. We refused to pay it and would never go to another little Italy.

The food was so average that it can only get 1 Star from me. Overpriced food and drinks that definitely did not live up to expectations. Our table was wobbling all over the place the whole night. Definitely not worth a visit!

If this places has more than 1 star the reason is because they bought bot reviews. This place not only has the most racist staff, but they also proudly scam people with overpriced food that tastes like it was store bought from tesco.
Little Italy Leicester Square London
Little Italy Leicester Square London. 30 December 2023. Awful service. Speaking across our table to talk to others. Not listening as they were having other conversations. Food poor. No taste and clearly just keep heating the pasta. Tough texture. What is more appalling they charged us 25% service charge which i queried and it was reduced to 12.5% which was not acceptable but had to pay. We did not want to leave any tip. I ate only a little and they never commented on this. Absolutely awful.

Little Italy @ St Andrews Expereince of Racisim
Little Italy @ St Andrews
It is unfortunate that we experienced racism first time ever in St Andrews.
I give thought and take a break overnight to let my emotions cool down. Try to find another explanation. But we ( I and my friend: Misbah Mumtaz) do not find ourselves convinced by any other explanation.
So what happened, on Sunday 18th June 20223 around 5:15 pm we went there for early dinner, and a young waiter told us that today we are closed by 5:30 pm because of Sunday. And the kitchen is closed now so we can not order food. Despite two people sitting there and having their drinks.
We left the restaurant though we find it strange how come they are not working in the evening when the town is so busy. Anyway, we went to Pizzeria and had food from there.
On the way back, what we saw Little Italy was busy and they were open and serving food.
We were so antagonized " How come they refuse to serve us? Being a human being is this the correct way to treat your fellow human being? But I think that young boy did not see us as Human beings... He perceived us as women of colour.
It's a shame, we talked with the manager and explained to him what happened but he took the side of his staff and apologized by saying oh it was a misunderstanding. That's the maximum that he could do ... really!!!
Amazing find.
Fabulous Find in Frith Street London.
Delicious food, first class service. Neal our great server was gracious, so helpful and polite.
Not had a better cooked or better presented meal.
We will return, thank you all so much
Two delighted new customers.
LITTLE ITALY -Rubery , Birmingham
Answer your damn phone!!!!!!!! Why is it engaged all of a sudden we ordered our meal an hour ago, and nobody has delivered it at all . Full of crap and can't even get money back!!! This place seriously needs to be closed down . Yet on Google you show you shut at 11.45pm !!!!!!!!! You are a bunch of scammers!!!!! Robbing so and so's you've stole our money. And you put your driver's at risk aswell.... Because you are a poor service, allowing them to get blamed , you could of at least call your customers or just refunded and sent email out instead!! Bad service, and change your times on Google !!!! You phone them and When you can get through they lie about what time they close . Very very bad management. Customers and the drivers deserve so much better !!! Even better if you closed down for good!!!

Unfortunately a negative experience today.
First of all toilets are truly disgusting. We felt really uneasy taking our children there. Next the service - it looks like the gentlemen serving us was nice until we ate…
The most important of all - the food is so overpriced given the quality of food. The bill felt like an very unpleasant surprise after a meal that was not that great. Also service charge was added to the bill. All together 72£ for 2 mains, 1 kids meal, 4 drinks (2 still waters) and a appetisers that we have been tricked into.
We do not recommend.

DISGUSTING…
The customer service this restaurant provides is disgusting ! I have been here before to the bottomless brunch, the food was below average but the atmosphere was good so we booked again for my bday in dec 20. We could not attend as we went back into lock down but we had paid a £105 deposit. Since December we have been chasing and chasing little Italy to get this back. They turned off their Instagram comments and did not reply to emails for months. We have just managed to speak to a woman disgustingly rude on the phone who claimed to be the manager, she is now telling us we will not get our deposit back as it is a rebook policy only. Even though we did not attend due to the restaurant being closed because of a PANDEMIC and at no fault of our own ! It has taken them 7 months to tell us this ?? Absolutely disgusting customer service. This is a restaurant that is meant to be ‘high end’ who are constantly showing off the ‘celebs’ that attend on their Instagram. The ‘manager’ had no answer as to why nobody had contacted us in 7 months and was just interested in the ‘policy’. We are also not the only customers this has happened to which is why they turned or their Instagram comments. Disgusting if we do not get our money back I can assure you we will attend the restaurant and we will make a scene
Little Italy in London ( Soho)
If I could give this restaurant 0 stars then I would. It is an absolute sham of a place. My 18 year old daughter began working there in June 2021. To anyone planning to eat here, just so you know. The managers take the tips from the waitresses and pocket it themselves. My daughter was told that she had to log her own hours before she could be paid. They wouldn't tell her how much she was getting paid, when she would be getting paid and how she would be paid as they refused to answer any of her questions regarding bank details etc. Without notice, they required her to work a 15 hour shift after she had just finished a 12 hour shift the night before, still without telling her how much she would be paid. A managers daughter pulled a 5 hour shift and was paid in front of all other staff in cash, then given a table for her and her friends to eat and drink for free while all the other staff are busting their behinds trying to cater to everyone. It was then discovered that staff tend to leave after 2 weeks because they refuse to pay them so their turn over in staff is high. Thankfully my daughter caught on and refused to work the 15 hour shift until her questions about salary were answered.
They would not take her calls when she tried to get the money owed for working. It took me to threaten legal action, public shaming and a referral to the GLAA ( Exploitation and Abuse of staff) for them to finally pay her what she is owed. They are now aware of the situation and know they also have underage staff serving alcohol on the premises. Soho is a tough and brutal place to work and respect and fair pay is sorely needed as these people work very hard. For manager to treat them like dirt is disgusting.
To the 2 lady managers I spoke with, be warned. I'll be paying this restaurant a visit with my megaphone and making an announcement to your patrons regarding the theft of tips that you take from the waiting staff.
Rude service
We just had an early dinner in this place. The food was not even descent but we kept ordering so the bill as you can understand was quite high. We asked to order another dessert and a waiter told us that we should pay and leave because we kept the table for very long. Unexceptable. Not a chance to go to this place ever again.
Really bad hygiene standards
I was eating here for a while an the food seemed OK until I saw the guy dropped meat on the floor then pick it up an put it in kebab
