While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Great but ruined

Was a great product that was bought out and hiked prices from $1500/year to $5000/year without any notice.
Blatant price gouging and treating customers unfairly.
Actual product - super.
Pricing and treatment of customers - appauling.

Very unhappy with their billing

Very unhappy with their billing. Refusing to refund. Don't waste your time with this software because their billing is insane. They charge on "previews" - this is not an email you preview, but the amount of individual previews you do for each interface. This way, even with the most basic QA test you surpass their "limit" and they block your account, asking you to pay more.

Quitting this scam ASAP - better use email on acid from the very beginning.

Predatory business model

I wanted to try out Litmus for an e-mail template project for work and signed up for the free trial. 4 months later i only used the service for some attempts the 5-6 days of the trial and then never returned. Like other services they take the credit card information on free trial signup, which is normal. I forgot to cancel the subscription and ended up paying 4 months of 99$ Per month. I wrote them to complain and they responded quickly. Obviously on their side they see that i have never used their service, however asking for a refund for these months of not having received a service I was told that by policy they can only return for the last month. I know it is very common this policy and I made a mistake, I still find it extremely predatory to rely on people making a mistake, and then paying for a product they never used. And this is not like a physical product that lost value over time. They lose nothing besides the money they took for a service I didnt receive.

Won’t stop charging me

Ridiculous company. They’ve taken £70 out of my bank account every month for a year now because I can’t log in to my old email.

I’ve asked my bank to stop the payments, and they’ve renewed it and carried it on.

Stay away.
