Shopping Multiple LiTime Distribution Channels
I was in the market for my fourth 48Volt 30AH Comflex battery. I had bought one through Amazon, two directly from LiTime through their website and now I have bought a fourth through LiTime on eBay. I got the best price this time on eBay due to a 20% special promotion. Shopping their multiple distribution options has saved me $$ on each battery purchase. Update to a 3 star review
I would like to update my review. After I wrote the review below LiTime did reach
out to me just like they said they would in their response and they did take care of the issue. When I first started looking and researching lithium batteries I was told to be careful when purchasing one because with most of the manufacturers if you ever have any issues or problems you could never talk to anyone. With LiTime I can honestly say that the customer service is outstanding as far as the battery goes I have only had it for a month or so and no problems at all. I guess time will tell but if I do have a problem I am confident they will make it right. My plan is to replace 1 of my deep cycle batteries every year with a lithium battery and I believe that I found the company to help me with this.
I hate to give a three star review. Your product is great 5 stars for sure. As far as the experience when FedEx delivered the battery they pulled up to my house and dropped it out of the door right in the middle of the driveway
