Withdrawal request denied and the customer service is not responding what a terrible platform I won’t recommend……
I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days ……Don’t be shy to seek help
I still have not received my withdrawal nor have I received any correspondence at all. I don't understand why my previous reviews have not been posted.
Well, it is so clear that I'm at the right and best company for my money. It has been an easy journey so far and I have never had any issues whatsoever. My payments have always been processed swiftly with no problems. This is really surprising compared to my past experiences with others. I'll be dropping more reviews as time pass by. A great company to use indeed.
right from the moment i joined this platform did i know they are destined for greatness. started minimal and i decided to increase my stake as soon as results came in including the payments of fees. i am already seeing my portfolio in 6 figures all negative comments here appears to be targeted from the competiton so sad how people stoop low and play dirty
Update 26.11.2024:
Still no answer from Lithium Finance (nether via mail or telegram).
They tried to flag my review (with no success as I had enough proof) they wrote me an answer on Trustpilot. And now I'm waiting for any return from them!
I'll keep you updated.
Caution is advised
In the beginning, support was very reactive. Of the first 3 withdrawals, 2 were successful, one was “lost” according to them.
Suddenly they said I had to pay fees ($1400).
After I had paid these, a larger withdrawal was accepted, but I never received the $10,000.
I got an email that they were having technical problems and we would have to switch to an exchange platform.
They are now asking for $1500 again to get my withdrawal accepted - the rest of the capital that is still with Lithium Finance has been in pending status for a week.
Support is no longer available, not by email, not by Telegram. My messages are still being read, but there is no reply.
When I contacted them under a different name, I was answered immediately.
Don't necessarily trust the other reviews, they don't all seem genuine (no one talks about the fees and so on).
I will of course update my review when the technical problems are resolved.
