When I contacted their customer support area, I received very quick responses. When the issue turned out to be complex, Amiru from customer support called me via Whatsapp to trouble shoot. He stayed with me on the phone while we worked through a possible solution, which fixed it! It isn't often that you have such responsive and friendly customer service.
