We are Lita clients for many years now. Apart from their wonderful pieces, they have absolutely incredible customer service team. A rare case these days when quality of items is matched by the quality of client service.

Stunning Flawless blouse (small waistband), excellent customer service.
I ordered the Flawless organza blouse in black. Even though I sized up from a UK 12 to a 14, the waistband was still tight. I emailed Lita with a question about import duty and mentioned the tight waistband. They responded within the hour, answering my import duty question. And offering advice on the waistband issue - happy for me to exchange for a similar blouse with no waistband.
The Flawless blouse is beautiful, expertly made and so I'm going to keep it - will just keep a couple of buttons open on the waistband.
