A wouldn't even give this a 1 star. Ma mum ordered from them took the cost of the item she delivered then also she noticed they have now take another £39 from her account. Fraud squad are now dealing with it. DIRTY THEIFS🤬🤬

Biggest scam ever. Ordered some foam cleaner that is useless. But on top of that they signed me up for their monthly subscription which I guess I was supposed to cancel even though I didn't order it

Beware of this company, they hide behind numerous scams. I was scammed buying bras that were inferior quality but the advertising was amazing, gets you in, you buy in american dollars receive useless goods and when you have forgotten about the useless stuff you bought, your bank account is debited $63 au as listenbay. You google and are confused, a little further investigating and you realise you have been scammed by listenbay an audio company selling bras? 10/10 to listenbay for their scamming setup.

So wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Goods were absolute rubbish and the insult being charged a monthly subscription that I never agreed to. They stung me for 4 extra payments before I realized. Man I couldn't be more annoyed

If I could put zero stars, I would. This company is nothing short of a scam company. They claim to put you on a free trial the minute you purchase something from them, even when you're being cautious, ensuring you're not signing up to anything.
The goods never turn up and since you're unaware you're on a free trial, 3 weeks after your attempted purchase, they just help themselves to US$39 on your card.
I've had to cancel my card. The bank dealt with that unauthorised transaction and recovered the money.
Stay well away from them. The mere fact that they're based in Cyprus should be an alarm bell. They're dishonest, it's a scam.

Instead of 30 EUR for a product purchase I have been charged 70 Eur because the company claims that by accepting terms and conditions I signed upnforba membership which had never been made transparent (apart from some hidden footnote in terms of conditions). No possibility of returning purchase, despite legal right. Product received after 14 days. Literally tricked into a purchase of sth hidden. A customer scam and I hope they won't further misuse the credit card information. Stay away from this!

you buy something they say itcwill take 18 to 25 days to send what tgey dont tell you is this is tge time allowed to cancel a monthly subscription fee they sign you up to. When you complain they say its in the terms and conditions.
The priducts never arrive they send you something to say delivery confirmed but no proof and state not their responsibility

I bought an item and they kept charging my credit card every month in a false claim that I agreed to a membership.

Complete thieves. Buy something and they sign you up to a monthly subscription without your knowledge. They won't refund your charges.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DON'T BUY ANYTHING Change your credit card in case you have already purchased. They claim you have a membership once you buy without you signing for any membership. They insert this in a link through their Terms and Conditions. They keep taking money from your account. Smart!

Absolute crooks

Scam! I bought a neck pillow online, and somehow in small writing it activated a monthly subscription to shopping on listenbay.com. I only noticed it after two payments so they got about 100 USD out of me before I got their scam stopped. They did not agree to refund. I did eventually find a strange "confirmation email" of the subscription - which was clearly designed to get caught in the spam filter.

Absolutely rubbish products , dealing with them is hopeless won’t refund faulty goods . And BEWARE they keep charging you a monthly fee of around $$56AUS for nothing , make out you signed up for it but they can’t send you any proof that you did . Ended up canceling my card . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

Like a scam - My rating would be 0. Lovely professional advert following a online scrabble game includes promise of return of goods for a refund or I would not have purchased.Purchased online under-ware 2nd July 2023. arrived perfectly Thursday 13th July but sadly doesn't fit. Listenbay refuse to accept this return unlike amazon or m and s. Worse I discovered that I had covertly signed up for a regular membership fee that I knew nothing about. I hope this is cancelled. I trusted this advert because it was with a scrabble game. Very disappointed

Items ordered no where near the quality shown & sized wrong.

Beware tried to return product that was as so inferior to what was actually advertised. Argued extensively and they just danced around the issue. Cheep rubbish

Scammers, liars and thieves! They autocharge you for a subscription that you didn't sign up for and then refuse to refund your money.

BEWARE!
Subscription fees deducted monthly when i only wanted to purchase a chiropractic cushion. Requested a refund, no help!!
No terms and conditions sent in email, no mention of 18 day free trial, no mention of cancellation procedure in email.

I bought headphones from here and now they keep taking a subscription fee from my account that I didn't sign up for and have cancelled. Have had no response from this company.
