Pretty good store but some Issues with charging ur balance

Its a pretty good store and the trade works most of the time. sometimes i purchase a item and it get canceld and i feel cheated. When i m not on the store and charge balance to my acc it freezes me from any purchasing and then i need to wait a hole day. This is frustrating.
