Liquidline are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Both Customer Service and the Service Engineers are professional, helpful and always offer an excellent service.

On two separate occassions, we ran out of gas canisters for our office Zip Tap and the filter needed changing. Both times, Charlotte Underdown was super responsive and helpful - getting both issues resolved easily and quickly. Really helpful and professional service!

The courier company who was assigned to deliver our order kept saying that our order was due to be delivered then would send another one to say that it had been delayed when it should have been delivered the next day from the order date.
On contacting Customer Service at Liquid Line,
Laura was extremely helpful by contacting the Courier Company over two days to see where our delivery was and when they intended to deliver.
