UPDATE parcel were separated and are now being delivered today. Company has got back to us quickly and are going to change the way things are done but we are new to them and are not use to the company the other company sent altogether will see what happens if we order again I have amended the stars to reflect that a problem happened and has been sorted
Further update just heard from APC they are to blame for the parcels going missing grateful for the call from them awaiting delivery today

The first delivery back on 6th Jan was left outside our warehouse door - chasing this up as POD advised driver had left at a 'sales counter and signed for by Watson' - on investigation we had no employee named Watson and No Sales Counter as POD clearly showed part of our order delivered and left outside. Head Office contacted Liquidline and they supplied missing parts of the order FOC on next day delivery. APC attempted to deliver but as our store was not open yet they failed delivery, we contacted Laura and she ensured our coffee supplies were redelivered sameday as promised. Liquidline do not deliver their supplies themselves and use a delivery company - they are the ones at fault - contacting liquidline customer services we cannot fault. Thankyou we now have happy, warm, refreshed customers as your coffee and hot chocolate are amazing. Big thanks to Laura putting up with my endless emails
