I’ve ordered from this shop twice now, and I’ll definitely be buying again! The London Liquid fragrance is absolutely amazing. I’ve had so many compliments, and people are always telling me how good I smell whenever I wear it. A special thank you to Syed in customer service, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. Fantastic service and excellent quality—I highly recommend this shop!

Hi my order was delivered to the wrong…
Hi my order was delivered to the wrong address but this wasn’t Liquid London fault it was down to Evri delivery people. Peter from Liquid London has been brilliant in sorting this problem out and has posted me all the items in my previous order again with no payment due. My experience with Liquid London is amazing! The ordering process was easy and quick. Liquid London were let down by Evri, however when highlighted to them (Peter) directly - the response couldnt have been better. An after normal working hours response, express delivery and received. The product is fantastic! Absolutely love it - and will be purchasing more again...

Hmm not great as the hype
Took longer than advertised for delivery. And the smell is alright, strong at first but didn't last long at all, My car air freshener over powered it after an hour, I cannot smell it on my wrist or self at all now. Quite a disappointment really. Won't buy it again and will only use it I need to for an hour! I'll stick to my respectable brand that's worth the money

Ordered this liquid London perfume
Ordered this liquid London perfume, last week. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit, so never actually received the product, just an apology from the delivery company. I got in touch with liquid with an email and a lovely guy called Gareth sorted this issue straight away. So have not smelled it yet but more than happy with response from liquid and Gareth to my complaint.

Customer service is really good
Customer service is really good. Due to ambiguous update from Evri, I contacted LL to clarify delivery. They replied within 24 hrs. Their policy was explained as well as the process from prep to delivery as well as where my order was in that scenario, which I appreciated as I was reassured. I'm not sure why some reviews are saying that the scent doesn't last very long. I applied it around 11am this morning and it is now 19.45 and I can still smell it on my wrist and the top of my blouse. I've spent the day with my grandchildren doing various outdoor activities and went out for dinner. So I'd say it is lasting and still smells fresh. Overall, the perfume has a sweet'ish scent, it's pleasant and I enjoy it. I would most definitely try others in their range.

Thank God I just bought the 10ml bottle fragrance 1 for her . Smell awful and last on my skin maybe 10min . So happy I didn’t buy a big bottle. It’s cheep and for that price I got what I paid for 😂. I would like to return but I can’t see that option. Don’t waste your money

To the point
To be honest, I didn’t receive my parcel at first and this seemed to be an issue with the delivery company loosing it.
I spoke with a gentlemen named Gareth on customer services and he was extremely helpful. He arranged for my new order to be delivered the next day by another courier. Massive thanks to him for Turing it around!
I didn’t feel as though the product lived up to its hype but they did provide a fab service.

Ordered a few times, and never had an issue. I opted to do the tracked 24 delivery for £4.99 this time as had a wedding to go to at the beginning of the week and wanted to wear it- it’s my absolute fave perfume! Didn’t arrive when anticipated but arrived weds, the day after I needed it! I’d already got in touch with LL to make sure it had definitely been sent. A lovely lady called Nikki came back to me to confirm it had. I just expressed my disappointment, and irritation, that it hadn’t turned up after paying for the tracked 24 option, for a reason! She refunded my postage, love her- which wasn’t expected but much appreciated! Thank you again! Always a good service and delicious perfume too! 🩷
