If I could put a score below zero, I would. After I asked numerous times to remove me from the imaginary subscription, they still send me their crapy product - 6 bottles per month!!!!! I believe there is one person behind it who created numerous very polite e-mails to customers and copy and paste them to everyone who wants the way out. These emails are not really sorting out the issues and aim at keeping the shipment alive. I have not seen a review of even review of even one person who would get a refund from them. Because the score is so low, they now created trylipozem website and added positive reviews there to increase their score. It is obvious what they are doing. Scam scam and once again scam!!!!!!!! Never order anything from them. I am throwing the product into the bin, as it is worth as much as their customer support.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a purchase I made after seeing your product advertised on Facebook. I decided to give it a try, encouraged by your money-back guarantee in case no results were noticed.

Unfortunately, I did not experience any difference after using the product. Even worse, my card was later used for another unauthorized purchase. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue and request a refund, but all my efforts have failed.

Your team offered a 25% refund, which also turned out to be false. As of my last contact, I was informed that I cannot receive my refund at all.

This is unacceptable, and I urge you to process my full refund immediately and stop any unauthorized use of my payment information.

It's a spam company. Don't buy nothing from there. They will charge you every month 3 bottles subscription. Be careful

I had ordered the Lipozem Product April 10, 2025. Because it sounded like it would work for us I ordered 6 Bottles. It arrived promptly with the Guarantee promise it can be returned for a full refund. We took it for several weeks and all it did is add weight on. I called and asked for it to be returned for a refund. They tried to convince me to try it longer (we did 2 months) but I told them that I did and since it did make me worse I wanted to return it. I got all the info and returned if many weeks ago. Did not get my money back nor did I hear otherwise. Today is Sept.28, 2025 and I did not receive a refund as of today, sadly. Mind you their promise is money back Guarantee.
Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from LIPOZEM if you don't want a big headache. They are not doing what they say they will. I don't like LIARS. This is not ok.
Next I file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

beware i ordered one bottle and now they send me three every week and there is no way to stop them they keep taking money out of my account

They have signed me up for a subscription which I definitely did not agree to.
They are taking money out of my account without my authorisation

I didn't have any luck with the product so I sent all products back to them and have been waiting for a Refund from January 2025 and now they are not answering my emails. They did originally but I feel like I am being ignored now and still have not received my refund after many emails, and they advertise a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy with their product. I am not happy. How long do I have to wait for my refund? I certainly do not promote them as someone good to deal with.

I had an allergic reaction to this product. Returned it immediately. Supposedly it has a 120 day return policy. I have not received my refund nor has the company responded to my inquiry.
