Very bad experience with this company

Very bad experience with this company. I ordered a product on 10 February and it only arrived on 2 March, almost one month later. The quality of the item is extremely poor and looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The material is cheap, the stitching is bad, and parts already look ripped.

The product also arrived without any proper tags, which is very suspicious for something that is supposed to be new.

I have sent multiple emails asking for a return and refund, but they completely ignore customers and never respond. I also paid 7€ shipping, and now they don’t even reply.

This company seems very unprofessional and unreliable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from them.
