SCAM! Avoid…charges your account, emails and then charges again.

Cheap shoes, ad says suede they were more like cardboard. The chemical odor was so bad I left the package outside on my patio. I bought 2 pair of the mens Leonardo Luxe Brown and umber. Their product is so cheap I threw them in the trash. Cardboard uppers and plastic soles. Would be dangerous to walk in. Return cost more than I paid for that crap, I'll just take the lost. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!!

I noticed a mistake, double order, in the email confirming my order. I sent an email while thinking "Oh well, two red t-shirts to my friend!" To my happy surprise I got a replay saying the order was en-route and she would try to change it. It was changed, the charge deleted.

WORST EVER!! THIS IS A RACKET/SCHEME. They sent me fake leather/polyurethane boots that were advertised as 100% genuine leather, the ONLY reason I ordered them. I asked for a full refund and they offered me 25% and to keep the boots. I couldn't even sell these for $10 they look so cheap. So what they are doing is selling inferior items that are represented as quality knowing a refund/return will be demanded. The cost to return the item costs more than the cost to make the cheap item, giving them at least 500% return on their investment. What a racket. Steer Clear!!

The products are not good quality and if you want to return it you have to ship back to the UK! So, essentially you're completely screwed out of the refund.

Pants ordered fit in waist but legs were too short. Requested return. Denied but willing to exchange if I would pay shipping

Very very poor quality products and they make refund policy an arduous process . Please don’t buy any clothes from here

Absolute CRAP product and even worse company.

I ordered from Lion Style thelionstyle.com . The items I received did not match the description at all: the size labelled as “L” was closer to 2XL or even larger, and the tags were cut off. Clearly not new or as advertised.

When I contacted customer support, they ignored my first emails. Later they offered only 10% refund or a gift card. After further insistence, they suggested sending me another item, but with no guarantee of correct size or quality. Finally, they said I could return the goods at my own expense (20–30 USD to the UK) and only with “all tags intact” – which is impossible, since the tags were already cut off when I received them.

In short:

Poor quality and misleading sizes

No reliable refund, only obstacles and delays

Return shipping costs are on the customer, making refunds unrealistic

I am now forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop.

Thieves. I bought a 57,00 sweater. Looked great online. They claim they sell one every minute. I received a discount store shirt I’d never wear!!! Not worth 5 bucks! Junk’ I’m told send it back to china!! I looked into. 50 bucks to send back. No help at all! I order everything online. This is the first time I was had. Learn from my mistake!!! Very dishonest.
