Poor.

At best their soups and stews are baseline "starters" for a full recipe that requires the addition of a host of grocery store-added ingredients.

Their telephone "customer service" mis a joke. On hold for more than 20 minutes while constantly listening to the same recorded from their owner who does nothing but tell us how much they "care" about their customers.

I eventually ended the call and of course nobody every bothered to call me back.

Then there's the environmental impact. I ordered a grand total of 168 ounces of soup from them. Each 24- ounce package was wrapped inside of its own cardboard box, plus the main outer shipping box and the "we don't care about the environment" Styrofoam insulation.

Just breaking all that down the right way (for both recycling and disposal) required nearly 20 minutes of my time

This was my first order with this company and will also be my last. From here on I'm just making my own soups and stews. ;-)

The food selection was outstanding, and the checkout process was a breeze. I especially appreciated the delivery date option, which ensured my food wasn't left sitting outside all day.

High quality meat, securely wrapped and shipped in packaging to keep it cold. Arrived exactly as expected. Hard to beat dry-aged burgers on July 4th!

The woman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. My son hasn’t tried the meat yet. But is excited to do so. THIS IS A SIDE BAR COMMENT: I was at a loss to gift my son for his birthday. As I was waiting in traffic. A large truck pulled next to me at Rt83 & Archer. There was my ask. My son love a fine steak. TU

We have been purchasing steaks for sometime and this is the first time I have to say that they were average,they were always special not this time.

Some of my items came smashed (carrot cake) and another opened (jalepeno cheddar brats). Haven't eaten anything else ordered yet but will review when I do. So far I'm $40 in the hole.

The meat was delicious and the delivery was prompt and as scheduled.
