Beautiful dress and first time purchase which arrived only just on time for my son's engagement party. I will order more products but allowing more time for delivery which was a little bit slow (my dress arrived on the day needed). I will be ordering more items. I have some problems accessing site when I go through FB promos as the discount code flashes up and prevents me from going back to main search menu and when I proceed to order with code it says my details are already entered . I then revert to using website. Very happy to have found you. Would like faster delivery for those impromptu purchases. Thank you, Julia

I’ve never had a company charge shipping for sending the item, returning an item and sending an exchange item. The customer service is good but $30 in shipping fees for a blouse is over budget. Will not be returning.

I have purchased several items from this company, and was very pleased with each one: fabric, style, finish and elegance of each was more than I had expected. I wear a petite medium., I found Misses small worked beautifully for the tops. There were two dresses that were lovely, but did not look right on me. The Customer service department went out of the way to accommodate me. They get a five star rating from me for every aspect of the business.

I received my order and sadly there was a small flaw in the stitching. I reported it and had an immediate response from customer services offering a reply or another garment of my choice to the same value.

The linen is really good quality, better than a lot of the cheaper, flimsy clothing you can find. It feels great to wear and washes well (no shrinkage). The colours and designs are lovely, sometimes with unusual details. I have already ordered four different items. Customer service is efficient. Since the linen fabric is produced in Europe, it would be nice if the clothes could be made in Europe too.

Recently purchased two Items for my wife but on arrival she felt the style and fit was not right for her however, the quality was very good.
I made contact in order to arrange a return plus credit and received a helpful response almost immediately providing the return address etc. I received two further emails from Mia keeping me informed of the progress and my refund was received in full within a few days. My whole experience with Lintico has been very customer focused and professional.
