Would have liked information about the model’s height, size & what size dress she was actually wearing in the photos

My package has been stuck at customs for over 10 days and nothing has been done about it. I don't know if I will ver see the goods I ordered and paid for. I wasn't really aware that the products were directly shipped from China

Although my first dress was gorgeous and fitted well, the second item was a bad fit so I wrote asking to return it.
I was told it would be extortionate to return it and they offered for me to either get a bigger size sent once I returned the item for £19 fee or to receive a credit note. I took the credit note without the knowledge of this being non refundable or returnable. It looked like a similar cut to the dress that I kept so I ordered another dress.
I got it and it was too small. I wrote asking to exchange but they said you cannot exchange a store credit item!
This company is American . DONT BUY FROM THEM, it is appalling service and the clothes incredibly expensive. I am now out of pocket by a hundred pounds and left with a dress I can’t wear. The items take ages to come and the company somehow has found a loophole which means the items are practically unreternable!

Drop shipping from China, quality is less than advertised and returns are nightmare! They do not adhere to EU rules and it took 6 emails and a complaint to the payment company (Klarna) for them to finally refund the amount paid. They still refused to refund the return shipping cost of approx 20 EUR which they fail to advise you of up front when purchasing.

Fast response/service by customer service after my request to chance my address. Receiving dress takes some time. Happy with the dress.

Web site easy to manoeuvre. Love that actual measurements are given for each size and each style. The quality of linen is great and love variety of styles and colours. Also really appreciate that discount codes are available for returning customers not just first time buyers

I find your sizing all over the place for different pieces. Some items say product sizing and others don't. I don't know when choosing a size whether I should be using my measurements to match the chart or what. I'm hoping the pieces I ordered fit, because I really love them, but I've ordered sizes from a small to an XLarge for different pieces, based on the charts. When you show different sizes on different models you need to give their measurement details so a real comparison can be made. I sent an email asking about the charts and was told to inquire about each piece with my measurements etc.....I don't have time for that.

The two items I ordered are both well made and lovely. The triangle scarf is very sticking when on. The hair band is delightful.

I wasn’t happy with the products ordered but received excellent customer service and am now the proud owner of four lovely Lintico dresses. Tip - get yourself a cotton slip from Etsy, makes all the difference and for me, made the dresses modest enough to be wearable.
