Never send the order, after 15 days they wrote i have to wait the order is nearly complete! 9 days later i wrote them again, no answer nothing....
Via paypal i got my money back luckily....please don't order there....just a fake company! Very sad....
I have only shopped once with this group/person. I ordered several minifigs, one minifig came wih 2 sets of left arm armou lr meaning it could not be assembled fully as the rightbwas missing. After several emails asking them to rectify the error, customer service replied with very blunt emails, with either a promise to send out the part or a single word such as 'ok'. Months past and no replacement piece has been received.
What a great experience from start to finish. I ordered Pokemon family as a gift for a friend. Great product. Arrived safely and packed securely. Customer services kept me updated from dispatch to delivery. Will be ordering more products.
